De 15 a 22 de Setembro, a Rede DYPALL participou na 23.o<\/strong> Universidade da Juventude e Desenvolvimento (UYD)<\/strong> com o \u00abEducar para a Democracia\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o. Este evento internacional de jovens realizou-se no Centro Eurolatinoamericano de Juventud (CEULAJ) em Mollina, Espanha, e reuniu mais de 150 jovens, representantes institucionais e peritos da Europa, do sul do Mediterr\u00e2neo e da \u00c1frica Subsariana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O \u00abEducar para a Democracia\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> o curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o foi concebido para capacitar os animadores de juventude e os dirigentes de pa\u00edses da UE e de pa\u00edses terceiros para reproduzirem eficazmente a Programa de forma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00abEducar para a Democracia\u00bb<\/a> nas suas comunidades locais e contribuir para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma rede internacional mais vasta de formadores e educadores interpares centrados na cidadania. Ao longo da semana, 20 participantes exploraram o programa em profundidade, adaptando as suas atividades aos seus contextos locais. Atrav\u00e9s de workshops, debates em grupo e exerc\u00edcios pr\u00e1ticos, melhoraram a sua compreens\u00e3o de como envolver os jovens com os conceitos, ideias e valores da democracia, cidadania ativa e pensamento cr\u00edtico utilizando m\u00e9todos de educa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o formal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paralelamente ao curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, Grupo Diretor da Rede DYPALL<\/strong> reuniu-se durante os dois primeiros dias. Os membros centraram-se na an\u00e1lise dos progressos da rede, no refor\u00e7o das funcionalidades do s\u00edtio Web e no debate de estrat\u00e9gias de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e parcerias para a ades\u00e3o. Foi elaborado um plano para criar um grupo de trabalho para desenvolver uma estrat\u00e9gia global de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e identificar potenciais novos parceiros. Realizaram-se tamb\u00e9m debates sobre o alargamento das parcerias, em especial com institutos de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, e o alargamento do alcance geogr\u00e1fico da rede a mais pa\u00edses europeus. O Grupo Diretor tamb\u00e9m explorou \u00e1reas-chave do programa, como o desenvolvimento de conselhos de juventude, o apoio aos conselhos de estudantes e a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de estruturas que promovam a inova\u00e7\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O UYD \u00e9 um evento juvenil internacional organizado pela Centro Norte-Sul do Conselho da Europa<\/a> promover a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e a aprendizagem entre jovens e peritos. A edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2024 centrou-se no tema “#<\/em><\/strong>Pela cultura dos direitos humanos e do Estado de direito<\/strong>” <\/em>e proporcionou aos participantes oportunidades de interc\u00e2mbio de ideias e de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de redes. Com mais de 150 participantes a participarem em workshops, sess\u00f5es plen\u00e1rias e oportunidades de trabalho em rede, em liga\u00e7\u00e3o com outros que trabalham em quest\u00f5es semelhantes, o evento promoveu um ambiente para a partilha de boas pr\u00e1ticas e a explora\u00e7\u00e3o de futuras parcerias. O di\u00e1logo intercultural na UYD ajudou os participantes a refletir sobre os desafios e as oportunidades que os jovens enfrentam na promo\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos humanos, da democracia e do Estado de direito em diferentes regi\u00f5es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o foi organizado pela Rede DYPALL em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com Novisi Elkartea<\/a>, com o apoio do programa Erasmus+ atrav\u00e9s da Ag\u00eancia Nacional Espanhola. O UYD 2024 faz parte do Programa Comum iLEGEND III, cofinanciado pela Uni\u00e3o Europeia e pelo Conselho da Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
