DYPALL Network, juntamente com a Gabinete de Liga\u00e7\u00e3o do Parlamento Europeu em Lisboa<\/strong>, reuniu as principais partes interessadas em 10 de julho para debater as estrat\u00e9gias aplicadas para impulsionar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es europeias de 2024. Participaram nesta reuni\u00e3o representantes da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia, IPDJ\/CJL, ESN Portugal, Movijovem, Europe Direct Algarve (online) e CNJ (online).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A reuni\u00e3o come\u00e7ou com uma introdu\u00e7\u00e3o ao \u00abEmpowerEU: Educar para a Democracia\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> projeto financiado pelo programa CIDV da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia. Este projeto visa suscitar debates significativos entre os jovens sobre o impacto da UE nas suas vidas, sensibilizar para as pol\u00edticas da UE e incentivar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa na defini\u00e7\u00e3o do futuro da Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discutiu-se a an\u00e1lise de dados de campanhas passadas, enfatizando a import\u00e2ncia de medir a efic\u00e1cia dos esfor\u00e7os de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o. Um resultado cr\u00edtico foi o desenvolvimento de um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o para a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua, priorizando estrat\u00e9gias para manter os jovens envolvidos al\u00e9m de apenas votar na EE 24. Este plano inclui a oferta de apoio cont\u00ednuo e de oportunidades de participa\u00e7\u00e3o nos assuntos europeus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os parceiros tamb\u00e9m exploraram formas de associar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es europeias a uma compreens\u00e3o mais profunda dos valores e institui\u00e7\u00f5es europeus, promovendo jovens europeus mais informados e investidos. A reuni\u00e3o destacou o \u00eaxito dos projetos de educa\u00e7\u00e3o entre pares que visam os eleitores que votam pela primeira vez e os jovens desvinculados atrav\u00e9s de diversos formatos, demonstrando uma ampla colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre organismos p\u00fablicos, ONG, grupos informais e redes regionais. No entanto, foram identificados desafios como uma coordena\u00e7\u00e3o limitada e poucas oportunidades para as partes interessadas procederem ao interc\u00e2mbio de pr\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os pr\u00f3ximos passos e compromissos incluem a partilha de ferramentas utilizadas durante as campanhas e a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Academia EmpowerEU em setembro de 2024, que envolver\u00e1 jovens participantes de diversas regi\u00f5es de Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
