A visita de estudo a Lisboa \u00abUm passo mais alto: Youth Participation Practices\u00bb, organizada pela rede DYPALL em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com Bangherang e as autoridades locais de Almada, Lisboa e Cascais, teve lugar de 18 a 23 de maio de 2024, em Lisboa, Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Envolveu participantes de todos os pa\u00edses parceiros do projeto e permitiu refor\u00e7ar as capacidades dos animadores de juventude das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil e dos gabinetes municipais para trabalharem em conjunto e executarem projetos espec\u00edficos sobre a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante a atividade, os participantes exploraram o quadro institucional da pol\u00edtica de juventude em Portugal e dialogaram com v\u00e1rias organiza\u00e7\u00f5es europeias que trabalham no dom\u00ednio da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens. A atividade centrou-se principalmente na explora\u00e7\u00e3o de ferramentas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f3nica, modelos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva e programas municipais para envolver ativamente os jovens nos assuntos locais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de visitar a sede da Instituto Portugu\u00eas da Juventude e Desporto<\/a> (IPDJ), onde puderam compreender de que forma o instituto nacional apoia a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local em Portugal, por exemplo atrav\u00e9s do or\u00e7amento nacional para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O programa tamb\u00e9m ofereceu aos participantes a oportunidade de visitar o Almada<\/a> e o Cascais<\/a> (Capital Europeia da Juventude em 2018) munic\u00edpios. Estas visitas inclu\u00edram mesas-redondas com membros dos conselhos locais de juventude, que representam organiza\u00e7\u00f5es locais de juventude, jovens dirigentes e animadores de juventude municipais. As visitas forneceram informa\u00e7\u00f5es interessantes sobre o processo de desenvolvimento da estrat\u00e9gia local para a juventude e a sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o. Os participantes foram introduzidos em pr\u00e1ticas eficazes para sistemas participativos, incluindo o Or\u00e7amento Participativo Juvenil renovado e os Conselhos para a Inf\u00e2ncia. Os participantes tamb\u00e9m descobriram iniciativas locais, como a Portugal Wrestlefest<\/a>, financiado e apoiado pelo munic\u00edpio de Almada, e Voz do Jovens<\/a> projecto, executado pelo munic\u00edpio de Cascais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um dos objectivos do programa era permitir que os participantes transferissem a sua experi\u00eancia para a sua pr\u00f3pria realidade local. A atividade incluiu um semin\u00e1rio em que assumiram pap\u00e9is ativos e enriqueceram a visita atrav\u00e9s da partilha de boas pr\u00e1ticas dos seus pa\u00edses, do desenvolvimento de ideias para a\u00e7\u00f5es de acompanhamento e da an\u00e1lise da forma de adaptar as pr\u00e1ticas apresentadas aos seus contextos locais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A visita de estudo foi financiada no \u00e2mbito do programa Erasmus+ atrav\u00e9s da Ag\u00eancia Nacional Italiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
