O Confer\u00eancia Internacional \u00abCidades de acolhimento: Integra\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens migrantes a n\u00edvel local\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> explorar as boas pr\u00e1ticas dos jovens oriundos da migra\u00e7\u00e3o e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens migrantes a n\u00edvel local, realizou-se na segunda-feira, 26 de fevereiro de 2024, \u00e0s 11h00, hora de Bruxelas.<\/span><\/p>\n

O evento pretendeu ser um momento de partilha de boas pr\u00e1ticas no \u00e2mbito da Cidades de Boas-Vindas<\/strong> iniciativa e contou com participantes de v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses europeus. <\/span>A import\u00e2ncia da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens migrantes na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de cidades inclusivas foi o tema principal durante a confer\u00eancia. <\/span>Organizado pela DYPALL Network, este evento reuniu <\/span>representantes de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil, autoridades locais e institui\u00e7\u00f5es da UE, bem como animadores de juventude e dirigentes juvenis que trabalham com jovens oriundos da imigra\u00e7\u00e3o e jovens migrantes <\/span>a fim de explorar as estrat\u00e9gias de integra\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens migrantes nas suas comunidades.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Os parceiros do projecto apresentaram os principais resultados do projecto, tais como: <\/span>Publica\u00e7\u00e3o “Boas pr\u00e1ticas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens oriundos da imigra\u00e7\u00e3o e dos jovens migrantes\u00bb<\/a><\/em><\/strong> e o impacto do projeto Cidades de Boas-Vindas executado na Maced\u00f3nia do Norte, na Alemanha, em Portugal e em Espanha.<\/span><\/p>\n

O evento come\u00e7ou com um discurso de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o perspicaz, \u00abIntegra\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens migrantes\u00bb,<\/strong><\/em> entregues por Bruno Antonio<\/strong> da Rede DYPALL. Bruno Antonio deu o tom para os debates que se avizinham, salientando a import\u00e2ncia de criar vias para que os jovens migrantes participem ativamente nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o locais.<\/span><\/p>\n

Elizaveta Khan<\/strong>, em representa\u00e7\u00e3o do <\/span>Conselho de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o de Col\u00f3nia<\/a><\/strong>,<\/strong> partilhou informa\u00e7\u00f5es valiosas da Alemanha sobre iniciativas bem-sucedidas que promovem a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens migrantes. Atrav\u00e9s da sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, Khan lan\u00e7a luz sobre abordagens inovadoras e boas pr\u00e1ticas, tais como: <\/span>Conselho de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/a> que se tenham revelado eficazes na promo\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o na tomada de decis\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Marija Krstevska Taseva<\/strong>, gestor de projeto da rede DYPALL, apresentou ferramentas e metodologias pr\u00e1ticas, tais como: <\/span>Instrumento de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/strong> e <\/span>Orienta\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a><\/strong> visava tornar as cidades mais acolhedoras para os jovens migrantes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Um aspeto essencial da promo\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens migrantes \u00e9 garantir um financiamento adequado. Os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de explorar v\u00e1rias oportunidades de financiamento, como o FAMI e o Erasmus.<\/span>+, <\/span>dispon\u00edveis para apoiar iniciativas que promovam a inclusividade e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o nas suas comunidades.<\/span><\/p>\n

O evento proporcionou uma plataforma para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de redes e o desenvolvimento de colabora\u00e7\u00f5es entre os participantes. Reconhecendo o poder da a\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva, os participantes participaram em debates frutuosos e trocaram ideias sobre potenciais parcerias para impulsionar iniciativas futuras.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c0 medida que as cidades de todo o mundo navegam pelas complexidades da migra\u00e7\u00e3o e da diversidade, projetos como as Cidades de Boas-Vindas desempenham um papel crucial na promo\u00e7\u00e3o de sociedades inclusivas. Ao capacitar os jovens migrantes para se tornarem contribuintes ativos para as suas comunidades, podemos construir cidades que abra\u00e7am a diversidade e prosperam com base nas suas perspetivas variadas.<\/span><\/p>\n

O \u00abCidades de Boas-Vindas\u00bb<\/strong><\/em> O projecto \u00e9 coordenado por <\/span>Migrafrica <\/span><\/a>em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com a rede DYPALL, <\/span>Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Cidad\u00e3 Juventude Unida<\/span><\/a>, e <\/span>Fundaci\u00f3 Catalunya Volunt\u00e0ria<\/span><\/a>. \u00c9 financiado pela A\u00e7\u00e3o-chave 2 do Programa Erasmus+ no \u00e2mbito da Ag\u00eancia Nacional Alem\u00e3 Erasmus+ JUGEND f\u00fcr Europa.<\/span><\/p>\n
