Esta atividade visava ligar os munic\u00edpios e as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil que trabalham no dom\u00ednio da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens na tomada de decis\u00f5es a n\u00edvel local, a fim de refor\u00e7ar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens na conce\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas locais, especialmente as pol\u00edticas ambientais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O principal objetivo do PBA era criar um espa\u00e7o para o interc\u00e2mbio de diferentes realidades, promovendo boas pr\u00e1ticas, metodologias e instrumentos, desenvolvendo simultaneamente projetos de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o que liguem os jovens, as pol\u00edticas ambientais e as democracias locais, em conson\u00e2ncia com a Estrat\u00e9gia da UE para a Juventude 2019-2027 e o programa Erasmus+. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os objetivos espec\u00edficos deste PBA inclu\u00edam reunir parceiros de todos os pa\u00edses da rede para desenvolver os seus conhecimentos sobre o quadro pol\u00edtico europeu para a juventude, a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens e os projetos de democracia. O objetivo era explorar como a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas ambientais locais contribui para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de democracias locais mais fortes, mais sustent\u00e1veis e mais pac\u00edficas. Al\u00e9m disso, o PBA incentivou o interc\u00e2mbio de conhecimentos especializados, experi\u00eancias e boas pr\u00e1ticas do trabalho com jovens a n\u00edvel local, com destaque para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de parcerias frutuosas e duradouras. O objetivo final era desenvolver novos projetos no \u00e2mbito dos programas europeus existentes que pudessem ser aplicados nos pr\u00f3ximos prazos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os participantes aprofundaram o quadro de apoio prestado ao abrigo do programa Erasmus+, examinando as suas prioridades e a\u00e7\u00f5es-chave como instrumentos para apoiar as suas ideias de projetos. Trabalharam no levantamento dos principais desafios ambientais nas suas comunidades locais e na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de parcerias sustent\u00e1veis para enfrentar estes desafios com o apoio do programa Erasmus+. Al\u00e9m disso, encetaram um di\u00e1logo produtivo com Tha\u00efs Leray, chefe de equipa para a Juventude na unidade respons\u00e1vel pela Juventude, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura da DG Parcerias Internacionais da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia, que acrescentou informa\u00e7\u00f5es valiosas ao nosso evento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O PBA realizou-se na Universidade de Juventude e Desenvolvimento, que reuniu 240 participantes de 70 nacionalidades para participar em 9 atividades que aconteceram simultaneamente, com foco central no tema:<em><strong> \u00abJovens, paz e altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>. Os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de trabalhar em rede, partilhar e refletir com participantes de outras atividades da UYD durante uma s\u00e9rie de sess\u00f5es plen\u00e1rias no \u00e2mbito do Programa Comum.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pode descobrir o s\u00edtio Web dedicado ao UYD <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/north-south-centre\/university-on-youth-and-development-2023?fbclid=IwAR0HRDAusAW5aSPnlgB9oGo98BRGQTdGDEPIfPhoGOImx4kRtprU0yb5MgQ\">aqui<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O PBA foi organizado pela Rede DYPALL com o apoio da <strong>Programa Erasmus+<\/strong> atrav\u00e9s do <strong>Ag\u00eancia Nacional Portuguesa<\/strong>. O UYD 2023 \u00e9 um evento internacional de juventude que faz parte do <strong>iLEGEND III Programa Comum<\/strong> co-financiado pelo <strong>Uni\u00e3o Europeia<\/strong> e o <strong>Conselho da
