href=\"http:\/\/www.adynenetherlands.nl\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ADYNE Pa\u00edses Baixos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> teve lugar de 15 a 20 de maio de 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A visita de estudo faz parte do quadro do projeto <em><strong>\u00abImpulsionar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens na tomada de decis\u00f5es a n\u00edvel local 3\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>, que visa visitar, analisar, experimentar e explorar pr\u00e1ticas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o, com especial destaque para a inclus\u00e3o dos jovens marginalizados, como os jovens migrantes e os jovens oriundos da migra\u00e7\u00e3o, e, em especial, partilhar pr\u00e1ticas que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o a ser aplicadas para os adaptar \u00e0 pr\u00f3pria realidade e refor\u00e7ar os programas existentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante a semana, 26 t\u00e9cnicos de juventude de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil e funcion\u00e1rios municipais provenientes da Finl\u00e2ndia, It\u00e1lia, Let\u00f3nia, Pa\u00edses Baixos, Maced\u00f3nia do Norte, Pol\u00f3nia, Portugal, Rom\u00e9nia, Espanha, Su\u00e9cia e Turquia tiveram a oportunidade de trabalhar em conjunto e observar projetos espec\u00edficos sobre a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens migrantes nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante as sess\u00f5es, refletiram sobre a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens na tomada de decis\u00f5es a n\u00edvel local, partilharam as suas pr\u00f3prias realidades e debateram os desafios e as oportunidades do trabalho com jovens nos seus contextos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os participantes tamb\u00e9m tiveram a oportunidade de visitar as realidades locais que lidam com a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens, como <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.popei.nl\/nld\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Popei<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dynamo-eindhoven.nl\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centro da Juventude do D\u00ednamo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, e falar diretamente com os jovens na <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Jong040Eindhoven\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jong040<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, o Conselho da Juventude do munic\u00edpio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na parte final do programa, os participantes foram convidados a apresentar o seu trabalho a n\u00edvel local de forma criativa e a elaborar algumas a\u00e7\u00f5es para o futuro, desenvolvendo estrat\u00e9gias locais e um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <strong>principais objetivos<\/strong> foram:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Explorar, experimentar e compreender os desafios espec\u00edficos da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens migrantes e dos jovens oriundos da imigra\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visitar exemplos de boas pr\u00e1ticas baseadas na intera\u00e7\u00e3o com as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es do projeto e filtrar elementos para transferir para a pr\u00f3pria realidade;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oferecer possibilidades de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de parcerias a longo prazo entre organiza\u00e7\u00f5es activas no dom\u00ednio da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens a n\u00edvel local para projectos futuros;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Criar um conjunto de boas pr\u00e1ticas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens migrantes e dos jovens oriundos da imigra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A visita de estudo \u00e9 a segunda das duas atividades do<em><strong>Promover a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens a n\u00edvel local 3<\/strong><\/em>projeto \u00ab\u00bb, na sequ\u00eancia da visita de estudo a Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, que teve lugar em novembro de 2022. A atividade foi organizada pela Rede DYPALL em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adynenetherlands.nl\/\">ADYNE Pa\u00edses Baixos<\/a>, financiado pela Ag\u00eancia Nacional Neerlandesa do Programa Erasmus+.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
