A 2a e \u00faltima Reuni\u00e3o Transnacional do Projecto \u00abPromover uma cultura de participa\u00e7\u00e3o: Integra\u00e7\u00e3o dos conselhos locais da juventude na Europa\u00bb<\/strong><\/em> teve lugar de 18 a 19 de outubro de 2022, em Namur, B\u00e9lgica.<\/p>\n

A reuni\u00e3o foi organizada pelo CRECCIDE e deu a oportunidade de explorar a publica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> produzido durante o projeto, avaliar o diferentes fases<\/strong> e atividades<\/strong>, e explorar pr\u00f3ximas oportunidades de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A publica\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cConselhos locais da juventude \u2013 cartografia das pr\u00e1ticas<\/a><\/strong>\u201d, um conjunto de diferentes abordagens, permitiu aos cinco pa\u00edses parceiros refletir sobre as suas abordagens nacionais, regionais e locais e estabelecer pontes com outras estruturas e intervenientes pertinentes. As pr\u00e1ticas apresentadas destinam-se a apresentar v\u00e1rias possibilidades, fornecendo exemplos pr\u00e1ticos da aplicabilidade, transferibilidade e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de diferentes solu\u00e7\u00f5es e dimens\u00f5es, como o n\u00famero de pessoas envolvidas, a m\u00e9dia et\u00e1ria, a liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre a governa\u00e7\u00e3o local, os seus objetivos e os recursos dispon\u00edveis. Embora as perspetivas internas recolhidas n\u00e3o sejam uma transcri\u00e7\u00e3o exaustiva das entrevistas, s\u00e3o muito perspicazes na compreens\u00e3o de diferentes perce\u00e7\u00f5es e sentimentos em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 mesma estrutura participativa.<\/p>\n

No \u00e2mbito do projeto, uma das atividades foi aGarantia de qualidade nos conselhos locais de juventude<\/a><\/strong>\u201d curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, que decorreu de 2 a 8 de maio de 2022, em Portim\u00e3o, Portugal. O curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o constituiu uma oportunidade para envolver 23 participantes dos quatro pa\u00edses parceiros e criou um espa\u00e7o digno no qual mais de 50 pessoas, jovens, animadores de juventude e decisores partilharam os seus conhecimentos e perspetivas.<\/p>\n

No \u00faltimo dia, o cons\u00f3rcio teve ainda a possibilidade de conhecer mais pormenorizadamente o apoio prestado pelo CRECCIDE aos munic\u00edpios belgas e as suas ferramentas, abordagens e mecanismos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o das crian\u00e7as e dos jovens.<\/p>\n

O projeto foi executado pela rede DYPALL em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com CRECCIDE<\/a>\u00a0<\/a>(B\u00e9lgica),\u00a0Citt\u00e0 di Collegno<\/a>\u00a0(It\u00e1lia),\u00a0KRAPINSKO-ZAGORSKA ZUPANIJA<\/a>\u00a0(Cro\u00e1cia) e\u00a0Mladinski svet Ajdov\u0161\u010dina<\/a> (Eslov\u00e9nia). \u00c9 financiado ao abrigo da A\u00e7\u00e3o-chave 2 do Programa Erasmus+ de Interc\u00e2mbio de Boas Pr\u00e1ticas pela\u00a0BIJ \u2013 Bureau International Jaunesse<\/a>\u00a0Ag\u00eancia nacional.<\/p>\n
