A atividade teve lugar no Centro Europeu da Juventude, em Estrasburgo (Fran\u00e7a), entre 24 e 29 de abril de 2022, e reuniu 25 dirigentes juvenis de 22 pa\u00edses diferentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O objetivo da sess\u00e3o de estudo era proporcionar um espa\u00e7o de aprendizagem para envolver e equipar os delegados de jovens, os animadores de juventude, os representantes dos conselhos locais de juventude e estruturas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o semelhantes com conhecimentos pr\u00e1ticos e compet\u00eancias para promover uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o significativa dos jovens a n\u00edvel local em toda a Europa. Durante esta sess\u00e3o de estudo, os participantes puderam partilhar as oportunidades e as amea\u00e7as da pandemia de COVID-19 no dom\u00ednio da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens e examinar as boas pr\u00e1ticas e os instrumentos existentes para promover a sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoje partilhamos o Relat\u00f3rio da sess\u00e3o de estudo <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/u.pcloud.link\/publink\/show?code=XZwlNhVZ58B5C5FmHK0CWPwFjFELLp4br4GX\"><b>\u201c<\/b><b><i>Subir a escada \u2013 Capacitar os l\u00edderes juvenis para facilitar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens no processo de tomada de decis\u00f5es a n\u00edvel local<\/i><\/b><b>\u201d<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que d\u00e1 ao leitor uma vis\u00e3o geral da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da sess\u00e3o e ajuda a compreender as conclus\u00f5es e experi\u00eancias partilhadas pelos participantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O relat\u00f3rio apresenta as diferentes partes da sess\u00e3o, tais como:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">motiva\u00e7\u00e3o, objetivos, programa, perfil dos participantes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">processo de aprendizagem moldado pelas expectativas dos participantes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">teorias e metodologias aplicadas, como o modelo COVID do RMSOS, a an\u00e1lise dos pap\u00e9is fundamentais no dom\u00ednio da juventude, a escada da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens e o ciclo de defesa de causas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">atividades espec\u00edficas, a fim de desenvolver uma estrat\u00e9gia de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de redes e eventuais oportunidades de acompanhamento<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">avalia\u00e7\u00e3o conclusiva com a vis\u00e3o dos participantes e os resultados da sess\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/pt\/2022\/09\/26\/report-from-the-study-session-climbing-the-ladder-capaciting-youth-leaders-to-facilitate-youth-participation-in-the-decision-making-processes-at-a-local-level\/c2ce093d-8e2e-443e-8164-a3e3013c47f8\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5943\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5943\" src=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/c2ce093d-8e2e-443e-8164-a3e3013c47f8.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1066\" \/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A sess\u00e3o de estudo \u00abClimbing the ladder \u2013 Capacitating youth leaders to facilitate youth participation in the decision-making process at the local level\u00bb foi organizada pela rede DYPALL e pela Assembleia das Regi\u00f5es da Europa (ARE), em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com o Departamento da Juventude do Conselho da Europa.
