{"id":5474,"date":"2022-04-08T14:42:09","date_gmt":"2022-04-08T13:42:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=5474"},"modified":"2022-04-08T14:42:09","modified_gmt":"2022-04-08T13:42:09","slug":"youth-takes-the-floor-a-training-course-on-how-to-increase-youth-participation-in-decision-making","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/pt\/training-course\/youth-takes-the-floor-a-training-course-on-how-to-increase-youth-participation-in-decision-making\/","title":{"rendered":"A JUVENTUDE TOMA O PASSO: UM CURSO DE FORMA\u00c7\u00c3O SOBRE A FORMA DE AUMENTAR A PARTICIPA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS JOVENS NA DECIS\u00c3O"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A juventude toma o ch\u00e3o: um curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a forma de aumentar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens na tomada de decis\u00f5es <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">foi organizada pela Rede DYPALL de 20 a 26 de mar\u00e7o de 2022, em Braga, Portugal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jovens dirigentes, animadores de juventude e funcion\u00e1rios municipais respons\u00e1veis pela juventude de 13 pa\u00edses do Conselho da Europa <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">puderam participar ativamente na partilha de espa\u00e7o para compreender melhor o papel dos jovens l\u00edderes nas nossas democracias e melhorar os processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Os participantes desenvolveram compet\u00eancias para criar e apoiar estruturas e instrumentos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o juvenil que permitam aos jovens influenciar e participar na conce\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas locais de juventude.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante a forma\u00e7\u00e3o, os participantes visitaram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centrojuventudebraga.pt\/centre\/about\">Centro da Juventude de Braga<\/a>, que pretende ser a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">normas de elevada qualidade de refer\u00eancia para o trabalho com jovens. Receberam tamb\u00e9m algumas ideias sobre a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do 1o encontro nacional dos Conselhos Locais da Juventude em Portugal, liderados pelos munic\u00edpios de Braga e Porto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, os participantes aprenderam mais sobre o financiamento dos seus projetos atrav\u00e9s de fundos como: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/european-youth-foundation\">Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Europeia da Juventude<\/a>. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A forma\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m contribuiu para uma melhor compreens\u00e3o dos animadores de juventude sobre a forma de desenvolver o seu trabalho nas estruturas participativas dos jovens a n\u00edvel local, integrando e explorando plataformas digitais como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/democracyreloading\/\">Conjunto de ferramentas para recarregar a democracia<\/a> ou<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europegoeslocal.eu\/changemakerskit\/\"> O Kit dos Transformadores<\/a>, desenvolvido pela Europe Goes Local,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que podem refor\u00e7ar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o foi cofinanciado pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Europeia da Juventude do Conselho da Europa e organizado com o apoio do Munic\u00edpio de Braga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a
