A confer\u00eancia internacional \u00abConstruir comunidades resilientes \u2013 Trabalho com jovens a n\u00edvel municipal durante os tempos da COVID-19\u00bb foi organizada pela rede DYPALL de 21 a 26 de mar\u00e7o de 2022, em Braga, Portugal.<\/span><\/p>\n

A Confer\u00eancia foi um espa\u00e7o para mais de 70 t\u00e9cnicos de juventude e funcion\u00e1rios p\u00fablicos dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de poder local e regional se reunirem e se concentrarem em diferentes dom\u00ednios relacionados com a juventude, como a participa\u00e7\u00e3o, o emprego, a educa\u00e7\u00e3o, a sa\u00fade, a habita\u00e7\u00e3o, entre outros, prestando especial aten\u00e7\u00e3o a medidas espec\u00edficas, pr\u00e1ticas sustent\u00e1veis e instrumentos que promovam comunidades resilientes, preparadas para fazer face a circunst\u00e2ncias extraordin\u00e1rias, como a pandemia de COVID-19. O programa da Confer\u00eancia incluiu uma variedade de oradores principais, interc\u00e2mbios de boas pr\u00e1ticas, mesas-redondas tem\u00e1ticas e grupos de trabalho.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Na abertura da Confer\u00eancia, tivemos a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o de Ricardo Rio, <\/span>Maia de Braga<\/span><\/a>, Bruno Ant\u00f3nio, <\/span>Rede DYPALL<\/span><\/a> coordenadora, Carla Mouro, presidente executiva da <\/span>Funda\u00e7\u00e3o da Juventude<\/span><\/a> Rui Oliveira, presidente da <\/span>Conselho Nacional da Juventude.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Aos discursos de abertura seguiu-se o ponto de vista de um analista pol\u00edtico de <\/span>OCDE<\/span><\/a>, e a mesa redonda com um investigador e um analista da pol\u00edtica da juventude de <\/span>Parceria UE-CdE para a Juventude<\/span><\/a> e um membro do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da <\/span>Instituto Portugu\u00eas da Juventude e Desporto<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante a confer\u00eancia, os participantes participaram em v\u00e1rios grupos de trabalho tem\u00e1ticos sobre a atenua\u00e7\u00e3o dos impactos da pandemia de COVID-19, mesas-redondas e semin\u00e1rios sobre o trabalho com jovens na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de comunidades resilientes, liderados por representantes de <\/span>Recarregamento da democracia<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Instituto Portugu\u00eas da Juventude e Desporto<\/span><\/a> e <\/span>A Europa vai a n\u00edvel local<\/span><\/a>. Tivemos a oportunidade de ouvir os principais oradores de <\/span>SALTO<\/span><\/a> e <\/span>Verke<\/span><\/a> sobre a participa\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f3nica e a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital e expandir os nossos conhecimentos atrav\u00e9s de grupos de explora\u00e7\u00e3o sobre ferramentas e recursos para novas tend\u00eancias no trabalho com jovens e na transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital, liderados por representantes de <\/span>SALTO-YOUTH Participa\u00e7\u00e3o & Informa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/a> e <\/span>Europiamo<\/span><\/a>. Uma diversidade de m\u00e9todos que incluem discuss\u00f5es em grupos focais, brainstorming e exerc\u00edcios de aprendizagem experiencial foram usados nas sess\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n

Os participantes tamb\u00e9m exploraram as realidades locais do trabalho com jovens em Vila Nova de Gaia e Vila Nova de Famalic\u00e3o e fizeram uma visita cultural ao centro da cidade de Braga.<\/span><\/p>\n

No \u00faltimo dia da Confer\u00eancia, abord\u00e1mos a quest\u00e3o da sustentabilidade no trabalho com jovens. <\/span>Hub de Pot\u00eancia Humana<\/span><\/a> fez uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a inova\u00e7\u00e3o social, seguida da mesa-redonda sobre a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de sustentabilidade atrav\u00e9s da aprendizagem com as pr\u00e1ticas das Capitais Europeias da Juventude. Debatemos igualmente o impacto do trabalho com jovens e a sua liga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ao longo do evento, os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de criar uma rede s\u00f3lida atrav\u00e9s do interc\u00e2mbio de boas pr\u00e1ticas em termos de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre os \u00f3rg\u00e3os de poder local e a sociedade civil, com especial destaque para as estrat\u00e9gias destinadas a reduzir o impacto da pandemia na vida dos jovens.<\/span><\/p>\n

A Confer\u00eancia foi organizada com o apoio do programa Erasmus+ atrav\u00e9s da Ag\u00eancia Nacional Portuguesa e do Munic\u00edpio de Braga.<\/span><\/p>\n
