Aproveitar a inova\u00e7\u00e3o digital para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens a n\u00edvel local\u00bb, que foi organizada pela rede DYPALL em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com o Departamento da Juventude do Conselho da Europa no Centro Europeu da Juventude, em Estrasburgo, entre 27 de setembro e 3 de outubro de 2020. O relat\u00f3rio est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel <a href=\"https:\/\/u.pcloud.link\/publink\/show?code=XZ2UMhXZ8kDMuwMEKXRXC54rXJ1IjbO6WQLy\">aqui<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Desta vez, foi dada muito mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 dimens\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica da participa\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f3nica dos jovens. O formato da sess\u00e3o de estudo permitiu-nos convidar tr\u00eas peritos e conferencistas externos:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Eva Henkens<\/strong> de <a href=\"https:\/\/l.facebook.com\/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.treecompany.be%2F%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR3q5-ynw2EtlIeUQe6amis8s-0l39ElecJimM_sDdlhgzGIBHK3YODlGao&amp;h=AT2MCX6CsKrDFW7ivtE1kffLaLwHuhVS0gUNQlkaGWxS-m9UUfogVK5LvMN41CbA2gJkbwfR3KNX5h44vaSwshdREBXjbAVzUKwRbZJjthEXUIw-JclLEUnSC_Ajc3MoQlme4Q\">Companhia da \u00c1rvore<\/a> (B\u00e9lgica) liderou semin\u00e1rios pr\u00e1ticos sobre o planeamento de um processo de participa\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f3nica bem-sucedido, apresentando a sua metodologia, ferramentas e boas pr\u00e1ticas neste dom\u00ednio<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Alexandra Chandran da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizenlab.co\/?utm_source=citizenlabcom&amp;utm_medium=redirect&amp;utm_campaign=brand\">CitizenLab<\/a> facilitou uma simula\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica na sua plataforma de governa\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f3nica, provavelmente o software mais desenvolvido e complexo dispon\u00edvel na Europa<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Eva Shepherd da <a href=\"https:\/\/nexusinstitut.de\/ueber-uns\/\">Institut for Cooperation Management and Interdisciplinary Research (Instituto de Gest\u00e3o da Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o e Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Interdisciplinar)<\/a> (Alemanha) apresentou-nos o seu projeto \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/digy-project.eu\/about-us\/\">DIGY \u2013 Facilita\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o digital dos jovens<\/a>\u201d e permitiu-nos praticar a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de ideias atrav\u00e9s da <a href=\"https:\/\/opin.me\/\">OPIN<\/a> plataforma \u2013 uma ferramenta gratuita de participa\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f3nica concebida para os jovens.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de debater e comparar as quest\u00f5es essenciais da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens e da participa\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f3nica, como o acesso, a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, os desafios ou as amea\u00e7as. estudaram e trocaram boas pr\u00e1ticas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f3nica dos jovens e conceberam 10 princ\u00edpios de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f3nica dos jovens. Com o objetivo de criar estrat\u00e9gias e ideias de acompanhamento bem-sucedidas, os participantes aprenderam sobre oportunidades de financiamento e elaboraram ideias de projetos locais e internacionais, a serem implementadas no futuro pr\u00f3ximo. Al\u00e9m disso, antes, durante e ap\u00f3s a atividade, os participantes foram contratados e contactados atrav\u00e9s de um <strong>Disc\u00f3rdia<\/strong> canal, que foi utilizado para: disponibilizando materiais, aprendendo sobre as expectativas dos participantes, respondendo \u00e0s suas perguntas e conhecendo-se mutuamente antes da atividade, bem como disponibilizando atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es, semin\u00e1rios, vota\u00e7\u00f5es e intera\u00e7\u00f5es numa esfera digital.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro dos pr\u00f3ximos tr\u00eas meses, um relat\u00f3rio completo que resume os resultados da sess\u00e3o de estudo ser\u00e1 publicado. J\u00e1 na quarta-feira, a Rede DYPALL apresentar\u00e1 os resultados destas duas sess\u00f5es de estudo durante a Meta-Universidade organizada pelo Centro Norte-Sul do Conselho da Europa.
