Os t\u00e9cnicos de juventude e os funcion\u00e1rios municipais da Bulg\u00e1ria, Cro\u00e1cia, Gr\u00e9cia, It\u00e1lia, Portugal, Eslov\u00e1quia, Espanha e Turquia exploraram o tema da cogest\u00e3o dos centros de juventude com os jovens.<\/p>\n<p>O curso de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o, teve como base metodologias de educa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o formal e teve como objetivo contribuir para o desenvolvimento profissional de todos os participantes, dando-lhes a oportunidade de melhorar os seus conhecimentos, compet\u00eancias e capacidades sobre a forma\u00e7\u00e3o te\u00f3rica da participa\u00e7\u00e3o juvenil. Al\u00e9m disso, explorando diferentes modelos e pr\u00e1ticas na gest\u00e3o de centros de juventude, os participantes tiveram acesso a v\u00e1rias metodologias que podiam aplicar de acordo com o seu contexto e objetivo espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p>Os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de melhorar as suas compet\u00eancias na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de ambientes e ambientes participativos e na defini\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias que visam envolver os jovens nos processos de cocria\u00e7\u00e3o de centros de juventude.
