Aproveitar a inova\u00e7\u00e3o digital para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens a n\u00edvel local\u00bb, que foi organizada pela rede DYPALL em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com o Departamento da Juventude do Conselho da Europa no Centro Europeu da Juventude, em Estrasburgo, entre 27 de setembro e 3 de outubro de 2020.
