A maioria dos formadores e animadores de juventude deve desenvolver rapidamente as novas compet\u00eancias, enfrentando a dif\u00edcil realidade da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos m\u00e9todos tradicionais de facilita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s ferramentas digitais de que dispomos. Ao longo do ano, a rede DYPALL apoiou este desenvolvimento com v\u00e1rias a\u00e7\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o sobre facilita\u00e7\u00e3o em linha e reuni\u00f5es em linha para animadores de juventude, dirigentes juvenis, formadores e professores.<\/p>\n<p>Durante este momento PARA O PONTO, o nosso formador e especialista Aleksandra partilhou algumas ferramentas valiosas, m\u00e9todos, dicas e truques do &amp; que podem ser \u00fateis na facilita\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos online para jovens.
