O aproveitamento da inova\u00e7\u00e3o digital para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens a n\u00edvel local foi organizado pela rede DYPALL, em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com o Departamento da Juventude do Conselho da Europa, no Centro Europeu da Juventude em Estrasburgo (Fran\u00e7a), entre 27 de setembro e 3 de outubro de 2020. A atividade reuniu 19 animadores de juventude de 10 Estados-Membros e foi a primeira atividade residencial no Centro Europeu da Juventude em Estrasburgo desde o in\u00edcio da pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo da sess\u00e3o de estudo era criar um entendimento comum da participa\u00e7\u00e3o digital dos jovens nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local e trocar boas pr\u00e1ticas no terreno para promover a sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o. Serviu de f\u00f3rum para interrogar os desafios e as oportunidades da participa\u00e7\u00e3o digital dos jovens, bem como para avaliar as necessidades das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de juventude que podem ajudar a garantir uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o bem-sucedida e significativa dos processos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o digital.<\/p>\n<p>No in\u00edcio da sess\u00e3o, os participantes criaram um entendimento comum do que \u00e9 uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o digital dos jovens e aplicaram esta dimens\u00e3o digital nas normas bem reconhecidas do Conselho da Europa para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens, como a escada de participa\u00e7\u00e3o, o modelo RMSOS ou a Carta Europeia Revista sobre a Participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Jovens na Vida Local e Regional.<\/p>\n<p>Depois disso, aprenderam sobre os estudos de caso da participa\u00e7\u00e3o digital dos jovens nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o e mapearam as pr\u00e1ticas locais nos seus pa\u00edses. Analisaram os pontos fortes, as fragilidades, as oportunidades e as amea\u00e7as da participa\u00e7\u00e3o digital dos jovens e refletiram sobre a forma como podem transferir solu\u00e7\u00f5es digitais para os processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local.<\/p>\n<p>O programa da atividade foi enriquecido por contributos importantes de peritos externos em ciberseguran\u00e7a, trabalho digital com jovens, Programa de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o para a Cidadania Digital do Conselho da Europa e as oportunidades da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Europeia da Juventude.<\/p>\n<p>No final da atividade, os participantes tiveram tempo para planear e apresentar os seus planos de a\u00e7\u00e3o locais, a fim de implementar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o digital dos jovens nos processos de tomada de
