Por esta raz\u00e3o, acreditamos que \u00e9 importante compreender que ferramentas estamos a utilizar, como est\u00e3o a recolher, utilizar e armazenar os nossos dados pessoais, e que op\u00e7\u00f5es temos, mesmo para as mais simples.<\/p>\n

As ferramentas a seguir permitem que as equipas trabalhem em documentos colaborativos, e duas delas t\u00eam op\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a particularmente avan\u00e7adas.<\/p>\n

Estas ferramentas muito conhecidas permitem que as pessoas criem ficheiros de texto<\/a>, planilhas<\/a>, e apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a> (e muito mais<\/a>), na conta do Google Drive.<\/p>\n

As ferramentas s\u00e3o totalmente gratuitas e permitem a edi\u00e7\u00e3o e o estilo f\u00e1ceis, al\u00e9m de escolher entre v\u00e1rios modelos dispon\u00edveis. Os documentos podem ser acessados em tempo real a partir de qualquer lugar e s\u00e3o salvos automaticamente. Diferentes pessoas podem trabalhar no mesmo documento, ao mesmo tempo, e ter acesso a um chat ao vivo. Os extras e a pesquisa no Google permitem que os utilizadores sejam ainda mais produtivos!<\/p>\n

Etherpad por RiseUp<\/b>\"\"<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

Etherpad<\/a> \u00e9 uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o web libre de software que permite a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o em grupo em tempo real de documentos de texto. O Riseup n\u00e3o armazena endere\u00e7os IP, requerem https e as pastilhas s\u00e3o automaticamente destru\u00eddas ap\u00f3s 60 dias de inactividade.<\/p>\n

Para maior seguran\u00e7a, pode aceder \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Web atrav\u00e9s da VPN Riseup ou de um servi\u00e7o oculto Tor.<\/p>\n

Com CriptPad<\/a>, pode fazer documentos colaborativos r\u00e1pidos, acedendo a um CryptDrive onde pode organizar todos os seus blocos. Usu\u00e1rios registrados gratuitamente geralmente recebem 50MB de espa\u00e7o, mas foi atualizado para 1GB devido \u00e0 crise. Um documento do CryptPad pode ser simplesmente partilhado atrav\u00e9s de uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o, tanto no modo s\u00f3 de leitura como no modo colaborativo.<\/p>\n

CryptPad utiliza 100% Encripta\u00e7\u00e3o do lado do cliente para proteger o conte\u00fado. Tamb\u00e9m o nome de utilizador e a palavra-passe s\u00e3o computados numa chave secreta utilizando a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de deriva\u00e7\u00e3o da chave de encripta\u00e7\u00e3o. Nem esta chave, nem o nome de utilizador e a palavra-passe s\u00e3o enviados para o servidor. Em vez disso, s\u00e3o usados no lado do cliente para descriptografar o conte\u00fado do seu CryptDrive, que cont\u00e9m as chaves de todos os pads a que pode aceder.
