A rede DYPALL acolheu um grupo de 4 animadores de juventude da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o polaca Forum Animator\u00f3w Spo\u0142ecznych, para visitar e explorar pr\u00e1ticas e modelos de or\u00e7amentos participativos a n\u00edvel nacional, estatal, regional e local, com especial destaque para os or\u00e7amentos participativos nas escolas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta visita de estudo teve como objetivo fornecer aos t\u00e9cnicos de juventude polacos amplos exemplos e conhecimentos sobre os modelos portugueses de atividades de participa\u00e7\u00e3o juvenil, com especial destaque para os or\u00e7amentos participativos para a juventude e nas escolas. Durante a visita de estudo, os participantes puderam explorar uma grande variedade de diferentes modelos de or\u00e7amento participativo. Aprenderam sobre os diferentes n\u00edveis do or\u00e7amento participativo, as diferentes abordagens para a sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o e os poss\u00edveis problemas que podem ocorrer no \u00e2mbito do processo. <\/p>\n<p>No dia 2 de Dezembro, de manh\u00e3, foi disponibilizada aos participantes a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do programa da visita de estudo, informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a Rede DYPALL, as iniciativas juvenis no Centro Juvenil de Lisboa e o Instituto Portugu\u00eas do Desporto e Juventude (IPDJ). \u00c0 tarde, aprenderam sobre o Or\u00e7amento Participativo em todo o mundo, incluindo a sua origem, n\u00edveis, grupos focais, tend\u00eancias, estat\u00edsticas b\u00e1sicas e solu\u00e7\u00f5es jur\u00eddicas.<\/p>\n<p>O segundo dia da visita de estudo decorreu em Cascais, a Capital Europeia da Juventude de 2018. Os representantes dos munic\u00edpios apresentaram o processo de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de or\u00e7amentos participativos, tanto gerais como dedicados \u00e0 juventude. O programa do dia foi conclu\u00eddo com uma visita ao Cascais Jovem \u2013 Departamento da Juventude de Cascais, que \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas de juventude dos munic\u00edpios.                                                      <\/p>\n<p>Na manh\u00e3 do dia 3 de Dezembro, o grupo visitou a C\u00e2mara Municipal de Lisboa e encontrou-se com os t\u00e9cnicos respons\u00e1veis pela elabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos or\u00e7amentos participativos gerais e escolares no concelho de Lisboa. A tarde come\u00e7ou com apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o or\u00e7amento participativo nacional para a juventude (por IPDJ) e um dos projetos vencedores \u2013 \u00abGym4All\u00bb. Seguiu-se a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de 3 modelos diferentes de or\u00e7amentos participativos da juventude local e da escola, implementados na Freguesia da Penha de Fran\u00e7a, no Munic\u00edpio de Braga e no Munic\u00edpio de Vila Nova de Gaia. <\/p>\n<p>No quarto dia, o grupo soube de mais um Or\u00e7amento Participativo a n\u00edvel paroquial na Freguesia de Agualva e Mira em Sintra. O Presidente da Par\u00f3quia explicou detalhadamente o processo de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um or\u00e7amento participativo nas escolas, as li\u00e7\u00f5es aprendidas e os resultados ao longo dos anos.<br \/>\nO \u00faltimo dia da visita foi dedicado ao desenvolvimento de estrat\u00e9gias e planos de a\u00e7\u00e3o locais, bem como \u00e0 explora\u00e7\u00e3o de oportunidades de acompanhamento, \u00e0 avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e ao encerramento da visita.<\/p>\n<p>Este projeto \u00e9 composto por duas visitas de estudo, a segunda ter\u00e1 lugar na Pol\u00f3nia.
