{"id":3607,"date":"2019-04-24T11:47:49","date_gmt":"2019-04-24T09:47:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=3607"},"modified":"2019-04-24T11:47:49","modified_gmt":"2019-04-24T09:47:49","slug":"developing-participatory-based-projects-training-course","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/pt\/activity\/developing-participatory-based-projects-training-course\/","title":{"rendered":"Curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00abDesenvolvimento de projetos de base participativa\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De 14 a 20 de abril, teve lugar em Esc\u00f3pia, Maced\u00f3nia do Norte, o curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00abDesenvolvimento de projetos de base participativa\u00bb, organizado pelo nosso parceiro Centro para o Di\u00e1logo Intercultural (CID).<\/p>\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o reuniu animadores de juventude e representantes dos munic\u00edpios da B\u00e9lgica, It\u00e1lia, Maced\u00f3nia do Norte, Portugal e Pol\u00f3nia, proporcionando espa\u00e7o para aumentar as compet\u00eancias em mat\u00e9ria de participa\u00e7\u00e3o significativa em termos de explora\u00e7\u00e3o de novos instrumentos e m\u00e9todos para promover a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o nas suas comunidades locais, em especial abordando a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com as autoridades p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p>Durante o curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, foram abordadas quest\u00f5es como o papel dos jovens ativistas no desenvolvimento da democracia e na constru\u00e7\u00e3o da comunidade, com o objetivo de criar entendimento entre os pap\u00e9is de cada participante na sua vida comunit\u00e1ria local. Uma das prioridades durante este curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o foi encontrar caminhos comuns para a compreens\u00e3o e alcan\u00e7ar consenso sobre quest\u00f5es que exigem consulta e participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos cidad\u00e3os.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse sentido, o objetivo da forma\u00e7\u00e3o foi estabelecido em dar aos participantes a capacidade de operar com informa\u00e7\u00f5es recebidas durante a forma\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como comunicar e negociar a n\u00edvel local.
