{"id":3595,"date":"2019-04-17T13:06:10","date_gmt":"2019-04-17T11:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=3595"},"modified":"2019-04-17T13:06:10","modified_gmt":"2019-04-17T11:06:10","slug":"welcomeship-youth-exchange","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/pt\/activity\/welcomeship-youth-exchange\/","title":{"rendered":"CONGRATULA-SE com o Interc\u00e2mbio de Jovens"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A rede DYPALL \u00e9 parceira do projeto Welcomeship, que representa a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de comunidades inclusivas atrav\u00e9s do empreendedorismo de base comunit\u00e1ria, coordenado pela YEPP Europe.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo geral do projeto \u00e9 desenvolver, implementar e testar o modelo de \u00abBem-vindo\u00bb \u2013 um modelo de aprendizagem do empreendedorismo para jovens com menos oportunidades, incluindo jovens migrantes &amp;amp, refugiados e jovens locais. O modelo de \u00abBem-vindo\u00bb baseia-se em m\u00e9todos de aprendizagem n\u00e3o formal e na pr\u00e1tica colaborativa. Refor\u00e7a a intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre os habitantes locais e os rec\u00e9m-chegados, aborda os medos e preconceitos e promove o esp\u00edrito comunit\u00e1rio como um objetivo global. A juventude local e os jovens migrantes desenvolvem ideias empreendedoras que abordam quest\u00f5es comunit\u00e1rias e constroem parcerias com as partes interessadas para trazer mudan\u00e7as positivas nas comunidades locais. Esta colabora\u00e7\u00e3o pretende levar \u00e0 abertura, \u00e0 toler\u00e2ncia e a uma atmosfera de uni\u00e3o na comunidade. Em \u00faltima an\u00e1lise, o modelo de \u00abBem-vindo\u00bb visa tornar-se um instrumento para comunidades inclusivas.<\/p>\n<p>Entre 5<sup>th<\/sup> e 11<sup>th<\/sup> de abril, realizou-se um interc\u00e2mbio de jovens em Albenga, It\u00e1lia, onde todos os parceiros tinham representantes das forma\u00e7\u00f5es locais. De acordo com o mapeamento dos diferentes contextos, havia 30 pa\u00edses e 5 continentes representados nesta atividade. Nesta atividade participaram 4 jovens de cada parceiro e um formador, que tiveram a oportunidade de partilhar as suas experi\u00eancias e realiza\u00e7\u00f5es a n\u00edvel local e melhorar os seus pr\u00f3prios projetos. Durante a semana, o grupo passou por diferentes t\u00f3picos como desenvolvimento de ideias, mapeamento de partes interessadas, tela de modelo de neg\u00f3cios e prototipagem na praia.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de descobrir um pouco mais da realidade local e de outros pa\u00edses\u00bb. Houve tamb\u00e9m tempo para simular um espet\u00e1culo de Shark Tank onde os participantes apresentaram as suas ideias perante o presidente da C\u00e2mara de Albenga, empres\u00e1rios locais, representantes de ONG e jornalistas.
