A DYPALL \u00e9 um parceiro orgulhoso do Welcomeship, um projeto que visa colmatar o fosso entre os jovens migrantes e os jovens locais atrav\u00e9s do empreendedorismo de base comunit\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entre os 24<\/span>th<\/span> e 30<\/span>th<\/span> de Outubro, a DYPALL participou no projecto Welcomeship organizado pela YEPP EUROPA em Estocolmo. Durante esta semana houve uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o de formadores que contou com a presen\u00e7a de parceiros de seis pa\u00edses, como Portugal, Su\u00e9cia, Finl\u00e2ndia, Reino Unido, It\u00e1lia e Alemanha. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o teve lugar em diferentes casas de juventude e teve como objetivo formar e capacitar t\u00e9cnicos de juventude e t\u00e9cnicos de juventude de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es parceiras para se tornarem formadores do Curso de Boas-Vindas, ensinando-os a ministrar os principais temas de forma n\u00e3o formal, participativa e inovadora e, assim, facilitar a compreens\u00e3o e o envolvimento dos jovens.<\/span><\/p>\n

Este projeto criar\u00e1 v\u00e1rios resultados intelectuais, sendo um deles o guia que ser\u00e1 utilizado como ferramenta para facilitar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o local. Ser\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m criado um canal no youtube, onde as pessoas podem seguir os diferentes tutoriais relativos aos cinco m\u00f3dulos do guia: \u00abOpening Minds & Doors\u00bb, \u00abEntrepreneurship & Community\u00bb, \u00abIdea Development\u00bb, \u00abThe Market: From Idea to Business\u00bb e \u00abLaunching & Scaling\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

A forma\u00e7\u00e3o local decorrer\u00e1 entre dezembro e janeiro em Portim\u00e3o, reunindo jovens da cidade, sobretudo migrantes ou oriundos da imigra\u00e7\u00e3o. Cinco noites de boas-vindas, eventos com diversos formatos onde a comunidade pode reunir-se e partilhar os seus projetos e necessidades, ser\u00e3o organizados em paralelo com a forma\u00e7\u00e3o local.<\/span><\/p>\n
