{"id":2852,"date":"2018-03-01T11:56:09","date_gmt":"2018-03-01T10:56:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=2852"},"modified":"2018-03-01T11:56:09","modified_gmt":"2018-03-01T10:56:09","slug":"e-participation-at-a-glance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/pt\/activity\/e-participation-at-a-glance\/","title":{"rendered":"E-Participation at a Glance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A rede DYPALL participou no curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00abE<em>Participation at a Glance (Participa\u00e7\u00e3o num Olhar)<\/em>\u201d organizado por <a href=\"http:\/\/www.europe4youth.eu\/\">Europe4Youth<\/a>\u00a0em Crac\u00f3via, a partir de 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0&#8211; 9<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Fevereiro de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Este curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o internacional reuniu jovens e animadores de juventude de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil com o objetivo de partilhar boas pr\u00e1ticas e refor\u00e7ar as compet\u00eancias no contexto da participa\u00e7\u00e3o em linha dos jovens nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o social e pol\u00edtica. Contou com 25 participantes em representa\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00f3nia, Portugal, It\u00e1lia, Eslov\u00e1quia, Est\u00f3nia, Gr\u00e9cia e Maced\u00f3nia.<\/p>\n<p>Durante o curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, os participantes participaram em v\u00e1rias reflex\u00f5es de grupo para compreender melhor a terminologia da democracia eletr\u00f3nica e analisar os mecanismos em linha j\u00e1 existentes destinados a promover a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens. Com base nos resultados desta primeira an\u00e1lise e centrando-se nos principais desafios impostos \u00e0 participa\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f3nica dos jovens, os participantes foram convidados, num segundo momento da forma\u00e7\u00e3o, a conceber e testar o seu pr\u00f3prio projeto de ferramentas eletr\u00f3nicas a implementar potencialmente no contexto da democracia eletr\u00f3nica. Este segundo momento implicou a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de campo entre os jovens locais para que as ferramentas recentemente desenvolvidas pudessem ser testadas e avaliadas pelo respetivo grupo-alvo, que teve lugar na <a href=\"http:\/\/cokrakow.pl\/\"><em>Centrum Obywatelskie<\/em><\/a> (Centro dos Cidad\u00e3os). No \u00e2mbito do programa, houve tamb\u00e9m a oportunidade de entrar em contacto com o trabalho desenvolvido pelo organismo p\u00fablico local <a href=\"https:\/\/dialogspoleczny.krakow.pl\/\"><em>Miejskie Centrum Dialogu<\/em><\/a> do munic\u00edpio de Crac\u00f3via.
