{"id":2693,"date":"2017-11-25T11:05:26","date_gmt":"2017-11-25T10:05:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=2693"},"modified":"2017-11-25T11:05:26","modified_gmt":"2017-11-25T10:05:26","slug":"study-on-models-of-youth-participation-in-decision-making-processes-in-the-local-governance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/pt\/activity\/study-on-models-of-youth-participation-in-decision-making-processes-in-the-local-governance\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudo sobre modelos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o na governa\u00e7\u00e3o local"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2696\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/survey-final-III-01-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"6031\" height=\"2232\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Este estudo \u00e9 realizado pelo YP Lab, um centro de recursos e mobilidade dentro do DYPALL com foco no desenvolvimento de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento de capacidades no campo da participa\u00e7\u00e3o local da juventude.<\/p>\n<p>Um dos nossos objetivos \u00e9 desenvolver estruturas e mecanismos para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens na tomada de decis\u00f5es a n\u00edvel local, bem como identificar as melhores pr\u00e1ticas e introduzir abordagens inovadoras para a governa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com as autoridades locais e as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil ativas no dom\u00ednio da juventude.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, no YP Lab, estamos a desenvolver um estudo de caso que ir\u00e1 mapear:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>as estruturas e mecanismos existentes de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o na governa\u00e7\u00e3o local;<\/li>\n<li>projetos, iniciativas e instrumentos educativos que preparem os jovens para participarem na vida pol\u00edtica a n\u00edvel local.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para o efeito, desenvolvemos dois inqu\u00e9ritos correspondentes para nos ajudar nesta atividade de mapeamento:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O enfoque da <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/ZQyNhmO0XPUHFhaz1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Inqu\u00e9rito 1<\/a><\/span> s\u00e3o as estruturas e os mecanismos existentes de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o na governa\u00e7\u00e3o local. Por exemplo, um Conselho Local da Juventude legalmente estabelecido no munic\u00edpio com um papel consultivo em mat\u00e9ria de juventude.<\/li>\n<li>O enfoque da<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/8chjlPMHTgLlAIpu1\"> Inqu\u00e9rito 2<\/a> s\u00e3o projetos, iniciativas e instrumentos educativos que preparam os jovens para participarem na vida pol\u00edtica a n\u00edvel local.
