Sobre o 11th<\/sup>\u00a0de Setembro, no Audit\u00f3rio do Museu de Portim\u00e3o, a Rede DYPALL, em parceria com o Munic\u00edpio de Portim\u00e3o e a Cooperativa ECOS, acolheu a\u00a0Confer\u00eancia internacional \u00abSE+ED \u2013 Empreendedorismo social e pr\u00e1ticas educativas para jovens\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Neste encontro, os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de conhecer a import\u00e2ncia do empreendedorismo social na economia moderna e a sua especial relev\u00e2ncia na economia p\u00f3s-crise. Al\u00e9m disso, esta confer\u00eancia foi utilizada como uma plataforma para partilhar as perspetivas do empreendedorismo social em diferentes pa\u00edses. Discutiu-se e analisou-se a perspectiva de desenvolvimento e os desafios que esta forma de empreendedorismo enfrenta atrav\u00e9s dos stakeholders afetados. Abord\u00e1mos as quest\u00f5es da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre o setor empresarial tradicional e o crescente setor das empresas em fase de arranque, bem como a forma como esta liga\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser melhorada.<\/p>\n

Esta confer\u00eancia foi a \u00faltima atividade de um projeto de um ano com o mesmo nome: SE+ED \u2013 Empreendedorismo social e pr\u00e1ticas educativas para os jovens, <\/strong>com o apoio da Programa Erasmus+<\/strong>, que tinha por objetivo proporcionar uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o metodol\u00f3gica e educativa sobre empreendedorismo social. Vinte e cinco jovens da Gr\u00e9cia, Pol\u00f3nia, \u00c1ustria e Portugal beneficiaram destas atividades baseadas em m\u00e9todos de interc\u00e2mbio e aprendizagem n\u00e3o formal.<\/p>\n

Neste projeto, os participantes realizaram uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o intensiva por vozes experientes neste dom\u00ednio e tiveram um f\u00f3rum em que partilharam os seus conhecimentos e experi\u00eancias que trouxeram dos seus pa\u00edses. As atividades e os programas foram carregados para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o futura no s\u00edtio Web do projeto (https:\/\/www.seed-uom.org\/<\/a><\/span>). Durante toda a confer\u00eancia, focou-se na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um ambiente de trabalho com forte senso de comunidade e esp\u00edrito internacional.\u00a0 A confer\u00eancia foi conclu\u00edda com uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o adequada que pode dar-nos um caminho para a melhoria de projectos futuros deste tipo.<\/p>\n

Este evento reuniu empreendedores sociais, especialistas acad\u00e9micos e estudantes de Portugal, Pol\u00f3nia, \u00c1ustria e Gr\u00e9cia, e permitiu-lhes explorar diferentes op\u00e7\u00f5es sobre como o empreendedorismo social pode ser promovido entre os jovens, a n\u00edvel comunit\u00e1rio, bem como a n\u00edvel nacional.<\/p>\n

Os resultados do projeto, destacados na confer\u00eancia, foram o interc\u00e2mbio de boas pr\u00e1ticas, mas tamb\u00e9m recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es que permitiriam aos munic\u00edpios analisar melhor o empreendedorismo social e, assim, apoiar melhor os cidad\u00e3os e os jovens, em particular, a iniciarem as suas pr\u00f3prias iniciativas e a tornarem-se mais ativos na procura de solu\u00e7\u00f5es para as suas comunidades.<\/p>\n

Todas as atividades do projeto foram desenvolvidas em parceria com a Universidade da Maced\u00f3nia da Gr\u00e9cia, Gain and Sustain da \u00c1ustria, Uniwersytet Rzeszowski da Pol\u00f3nia, ECOS de Portugal e o Centro MBM de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento do Reino Unido.<\/p>\n
