Esta iniciativa nacional visa entregar a gest\u00e3o de uma parte do or\u00e7amento anual do Estado \u00e0s m\u00e3os dos jovens, para que estes possam contribuir, atrav\u00e9s dos seus projetos, para a boa governa\u00e7\u00e3o e a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica. Tal como afirmou o Ministro da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Tiago Brand\u00e3o Rodrigues, esta iniciativa visa dar mais voz a \u201c<i>Os jovens como actores pol\u00edticos estrat\u00e9gicos para o desenvolvimento do pa\u00eds<\/i>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O YPB 2017 faz parte de uma estrat\u00e9gia mais ampla que inclui iniciativas semelhantes, por exemplo, o Or\u00e7amento Participativo Escolar e o Or\u00e7amento Participativo dos Munic\u00edpios. Para o YPB 2017, estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis 300 000 euros para projetos a desenvolver nas \u00e1reas de <i>Desportos inclusivos<\/i>, <i>Educa\u00e7\u00e3o para Ci\u00eancias<\/i>, <i>Inova\u00e7\u00e3o social <\/i>e <i>Sustentabilidade ambiental<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>O DYPALL esteve representado na sess\u00e3o de inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o, juntamente com os Ministros e o Secret\u00e1rio de Estado da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura, deputados ao Parlamento Nacional e representantes dos Munic\u00edpios e de v\u00e1rias Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de Juventude, incluindo o Presidente do Conselho Nacional da Juventude, Hugo Carvalho.<\/p>\n<p>Apresentado \u00e0 audi\u00eancia pelo Secret\u00e1rio de Estado da Juventude e Desporto, Jo\u00e3o Paulo Rebelo, o YPB 2017 compromete a seguinte defini\u00e7\u00e3o e agenda:<\/p>\n<p><b>_ O que \u00e9 o YPB 2017? <\/b>Processo de participa\u00e7\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica atrav\u00e9s do qual a comunidade jovem \u00e9 chamada a gerir a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o no or\u00e7amento anual do Estado;<\/p>\n<p><b>_ Quem pode candidatar-se? <\/b>Jovens cidad\u00e3os e n\u00e3o cidad\u00e3os com autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia em Portugal, com idades compreendidas entre os 14 e os 30 anos;<\/p>\n<p><b>_ \u00c1reas: <\/b>Desporto inclusivo, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o para as Ci\u00eancias, Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Social e Sustentabilidade Ambiental;<\/p>\n<p><b>_ Crit\u00e9rios: <\/b>o projeto n\u00e3o pode referir-se \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o de infraestruturas; deve ser tecnicamente vi\u00e1vel; n\u00e3o pode contrariar qualquer pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica planeada ou em curso; deve envolver, pelo menos, dois munic\u00edpios.<\/p>\n<p><b>_ Prazos:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0<em>19 de Outubro de 2017<\/em> \u2013 Apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos pedidos;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0<em>30 de Outubro \u2013 26 de Novembro<\/em> \u2013 Aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o dos pedidos;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0<em>27 de novembro \u2013 Processo de vota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em> (por SMS ou atrav\u00e9s do website);<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0<em>26 de Dezembro<\/em> \u2013 Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As candidaturas podem ser apresentadas, presencialmente, em cada Dire\u00e7\u00e3o Regional do Instituto Portugu\u00eas do Desporto e da Juventude, ou atrav\u00e9s do s\u00edtio Web da iniciativa \u2013 www.opjovem.gov.pt.<\/p>\n<p>No momento do discurso de encerramento, foi anunciado que 5 propostas j\u00e1 tinham sido apresentadas atrav\u00e9s do s\u00edtio Web do YPB 2017.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/pt\/2017\/10\/06\/youth-participative-budget-2017\/opj2017\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2583\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2583\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/OPJ2017.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3264\" height=\"2448\" \/><\/a><\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\">O Ministro da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o dirige-se ao painel composto por distintos representantes dos dom\u00ednios abrangidos pelo YPB 2017.
