Num esp\u00edrito de partilha de a\u00e7\u00f5es inspiradoras, Sofia Martins da ECOS Cooperative (organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento sediada em Portugal, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 membro da Rede DYPALL), explica o que levou \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um projeto internacional que visa capacitar as jovens mulheres na arena pol\u00edtica:<\/p>\n

\"\"As tend\u00eancias das \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas evidenciam uma crise acentuada de representa\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica, especialmente entre os jovens que preferem envolver-se em formas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o mais seletivas e aut\u00f3nomas. Ao mesmo tempo, embora os direitos pol\u00edticos das mulheres estejam consagrados nas leis da maioria dos pa\u00edses, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o aplicados na pr\u00e1tica e as mulheres continuam a estar sub-representadas na tomada de decis\u00f5es pol\u00edticas, nos cargos p\u00fablicos e na fun\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

O projeto \u00abPatHERways: Criar vias para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica das mulheres jovens\u00bb<\/strong>, coordenado pela ECOS Cooperative, juntou-se a um cons\u00f3rcio internacional de parceiros de Portugal, Fran\u00e7a, Reino Unido, Mo\u00e7ambique, Cabo Verde, Timor-Leste e Peru com o objetivo de desenvolver as compet\u00eancias dos animadores de juventude, formadores de jovens e educadores para envolver eficazmente as jovens mulheres na vida pol\u00edtica dentro das suas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, redes e comunidades, acreditamos que a mudan\u00e7a deve vir em fases iniciais, e por isso, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio incentivar e capacitar a cidadania ativa e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o, desde tenra idade, educando e defendendo que as jovens mulheres transformem as suas realiza\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais em sociais e pol\u00edticas.<\/em><\/p>\n

O cons\u00f3rcio internacional de parceiros entende que esta \u00e9 uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o global, que tem de ser abordada tanto em democracias nascentes como em democracias mais estabelecidas, uma vez que persistem diferentes realidades ao longo de experi\u00eancias realizadas em termos de a\u00e7\u00f5es legislativas com diferentes resultados concretos alcan\u00e7ados em todo o mundo. Tendo em conta o enquadramento global deste desafio e o multiculturalismo vivido nas sociedades actuais, o cons\u00f3rcio de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es parceiras tem como objectivo alcan\u00e7ar um\"\"sobre este tema e contribuir para o desenvolvimento de novos modelos de mulheres na pol\u00edtica em todo o mundo.<\/em><\/p>\n

O projecto envolveu um 1o Semin\u00e1rio & encontro de parceiros que teve lugar em Faro - Portugal, uma Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Formadores que ter\u00e1 lugar em Outubro em Assomada - Cabo Verde, um conjunto de actividades de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego do cons\u00f3rcio de parceiros e uma Confer\u00eancia Final em Mar\u00e7o de 2018 em Lisboa\/Cascais - Portugal que se juntar\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m a decisores locais e nacionais dos 7 pa\u00edses.<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
