Ele\/ela responde perante o Diretor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O que esperamos:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Desenvolvimento independente de projectos internacionais (cursos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, confer\u00eancias, semin\u00e1rios) em coordena\u00e7\u00e3o com os parceiros de execu\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist\u00eancia dos parceiros e gest\u00e3o da estrat\u00e9gia de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\n\u2022 Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da Rede nos espa\u00e7os locais, nacionais e europeus pertinentes<br \/>\n\u2022 Supervis\u00e3o do trabalho di\u00e1rio de estagi\u00e1rios e volunt\u00e1rios em projectos implementados em Portim\u00e3o<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsabilidade pelo trabalho de escrit\u00f3rio da DYPALL na aus\u00eancia do diretor (por exemplo, durante as f\u00e9rias)<\/p>\n<p><strong>O que \u00e9 importante para n\u00f3s:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Trabalha de forma independente e tem um sentido de responsabilidade desenvolvido<br \/>\n\u2022 Est\u00e1 organizado e estruturado, capaz de seguir v\u00e1rias pistas de trabalho em paralelo<br \/>\n\u2022 Possui um historial comprovado de reda\u00e7\u00e3o de candidaturas de projetos e\/ou de execu\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos. A experi\u00eancia na reda\u00e7\u00e3o e execu\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos Erasmus+ e Europa para os Cidad\u00e3os \u00e9 uma mais-valia.<br \/>\n\u2022 Tem uma compreens\u00e3o do dom\u00ednio da juventude na Europa e est\u00e1 disposto a participar numa diversidade de debates<br \/>\n\u2022 Possui, pelo menos, 1-2 anos de experi\u00eancia em cargos relevantes com o mesmo n\u00edvel de responsabilidade<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00c9 capaz de funcionar em condi\u00e7\u00f5es interculturais e sociais em muta\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00c9 fluente em ingl\u00eas (compet\u00eancias escritas e orais) e, pelo menos, mais uma l\u00edngua europeia.<br \/>\n\u2022 A compreens\u00e3o do portugu\u00eas \u00e9 uma mais-valia.<br \/>\n\u2022 Possui compet\u00eancias em ferramentas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (especialmente baseadas na Internet)<br \/>\n\u2022 A experi\u00eancia em m\u00e9todos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e educa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma mais-valia<br \/>\n\u2022 Gosta de viajar e representar a Rede numa variedade de eventos.
