Este processo de consulta d\u00e1 aos jovens a oportunidade de identificar, debater e dar prioridade aos projetos locais de Estarreja.<\/p>\n<p>Este \u00e9 um exemplo de uma pr\u00e1tica de participa\u00e7\u00e3o que traz os jovens para a esfera de decis\u00e3o pol\u00edtica e, ao faz\u00ea-lo, promove a sua cidadania ativa e respons\u00e1vel e o sentimento de perten\u00e7a \u00e0 sua realidade local. Refor\u00e7a igualmente o objetivo do Conselho da Juventude de encontrar solu\u00e7\u00f5es para melhorar a qualidade de vida dos jovens em Estarreja.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSC_0698-e1484830539501.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1823 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSC_0698-300x201.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Trazer o \"cool\" de volta \u00e0 escola<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>LoopMe<\/strong> \u00e9 uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o para smartphone que ajuda os alunos a expressarem os seus sentimentos, ideias, emo\u00e7\u00f5es e sugest\u00f5es entre os seus pares e os seus professores. A pesquisa por tr\u00e1s da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada na Universidade Tecnol\u00f3gica de Chalmers e numa equipa de analistas de Gotemburgo (Su\u00e9cia). Os institutos de aprendizagem e as escolas na Noruega, na Turquia e na Su\u00e9cia j\u00e1 est\u00e3o a implementar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o com resultados positivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o permite aos alunos criar inqu\u00e9ritos, tarefas, expressar a sua opini\u00e3o e feedback, mesmo de forma an\u00f3nima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00abDesde que come\u00e7\u00e1mos a utiliz\u00e1-lo na Turquia, realiz\u00e1mos cinco projetos individuais sugeridos por estudantes num quadro de dois anos. A ideia pedag\u00f3gica por tr\u00e1s da app \u00e9 <em>pedagogia da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de valor<\/em>\u201d afirmou \u00d6ner Kaynakdemir, do Instituto de Aprendizagem ao Longo da Vida e do Centro da Juventude de Esenyurt \u015eerife Bac\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Acrescentou ainda que \u00abespera-se que os alunos possam desenvolver compet\u00eancias empresariais, estrat\u00e9gias de tomada de decis\u00e3o e expressar-se melhor, promovendo simultaneamente a participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa dos alunos nas atividades que est\u00e3o a ser realizadas nas suas escolas, mas tamb\u00e9m fora delas\u00bb.<br \/>\nPode obter mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es em: <span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.loopme.io\">www.loopme.io<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSC_0722-e1484830587233.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1824 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSC_0722-300x201.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Come\u00e7ar do zero<\/h3>\n<p>Os estudantes de Estocolmo n\u00e3o s\u00f3 s\u00e3o incentivados a participar nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local, como tamb\u00e9m lhes \u00e9 ensinado, a partir dos 16 anos, a percorrer os ziguezagues das estruturas pol\u00edticas formais do governo da capital da Su\u00e9cia. Este esfor\u00e7o em todo o munic\u00edpio est\u00e1 em vigor desde 2001 e Martin Nyblom explica como os professores podem aumentar a consci\u00eancia c\u00edvica e democr\u00e1tica desde tenra idade em um ambiente de sala de aula.<\/p>\n<p>Cerca de 1000 alunos com idades compreendidas entre os 16 e os 19 anos e professores de 10 a 15 escolas participantes do Munic\u00edpio de Estocolmo participam na <strong>Parlamento da Juventude de Estocolmo<\/strong>, uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica e pol\u00edtica que ocorre em paralelo com a educa\u00e7\u00e3o regular.<\/p>\n<p>Todos os anos, os alunos decidem sobre 5 temas que pretendem abordar.
