{"id":1703,"date":"2016-11-23T10:02:09","date_gmt":"2016-11-23T09:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=1703"},"modified":"2016-11-23T10:02:09","modified_gmt":"2016-11-23T09:02:09","slug":"closing-the-loop-young-migrant-voices-training-course","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/pt\/activity\/closing-the-loop-young-migrant-voices-training-course\/","title":{"rendered":"Fechar o ciclo: Curso de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Jovens Migrantes Vozes"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<h5 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: right;\">\u00abSubestimamos o quanto a di\u00e1spora e a comunidade migrante podem efetivamente contribuir para a sociedade, tornando-a mais inclusiva e o valor acrescentado de todo este processo.\u00bb<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><i>Amina Khalid <\/i>\u2013 consultor em<i> <\/i>Iniciativas de Mudan\u00e7a do Reino Unido e diretor das Iniciativas Somali para o Di\u00e1logo e a Democracia, durante a Mesa-Redonda sobre a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de jovens migrantes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Em conson\u00e2ncia com a miss\u00e3o do DYPALL, o curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00abYoung Migrant Voices\u00bb, que teve lugar de 15 a 21 de novembro de 2016 em Odiliapeel (Pa\u00edses Baixos), proporcionou um espa\u00e7o para o refor\u00e7o das capacidades dos animadores de juventude, dos dirigentes juvenis e dos funcion\u00e1rios municipais que trabalham com jovens migrantes e jovens oriundos da migra\u00e7\u00e3o. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o permitiu igualmente criar sinergias entre as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil, como as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de juventude sem fins lucrativos, e os representantes das autoridades locais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Para al\u00e9m de sess\u00f5es espec\u00edficas sobre a forma de melhorar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens migrantes ou oriundos da migra\u00e7\u00e3o, outro aspeto da forma\u00e7\u00e3o consistiu em colocar a t\u00f3nica na conce\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas inclusivas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o. Tal foi feito atrav\u00e9s da partilha de boas pr\u00e1ticas e experi\u00eancias das pr\u00f3prias realidades dos participantes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Houve tamb\u00e9m sess\u00f5es centradas na explora\u00e7\u00e3o das estruturas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local, seja em conselhos locais de juventude, munic\u00edpios, etc. O papel das institui\u00e7\u00f5es formais relativas \u00e0 juventude migrante tamb\u00e9m foi debatido e foram apresentadas ideias sobre a forma como estas institui\u00e7\u00f5es precisam de reformular o seu \u00e2mbito.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ao enriquecer as atividades, a Mesa-Redonda deu aos participantes a oportunidade de aprender com os nossos dois convidados e as suas hist\u00f3rias pessoais e o trabalho que desenvolvem nas suas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">De um modo geral, os participantes consideraram que o curso permitiu debates importantes e proporcionou-lhes ferramentas para uma melhor participa\u00e7\u00e3o e coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com os jovens migrantes e os jovens oriundos da migra\u00e7\u00e3o na sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, conselho da juventude e autoridade local, integrando-os e capacitando-os.
