Est\u00e1s pronto?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">O conte\u00fado do curso ser\u00e1 <strong>divulgado semanalmente<\/strong> \u2013 desta forma, o conte\u00fado do m\u00f3dulo 1 estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel a partir da semana 1 e permanecer\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel a partir dessa data. O conte\u00fado do M\u00f3dulo 2 estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel a partir da Semana 2, e assim por diante. Durante a \u00faltima semana (5<sup>th<\/sup>-9<sup>th<\/sup> Dezembro de 2016), todo o material estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel e permanecer\u00e1 em linha at\u00e9 julho de 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">A cada semana, a <b>debate de peritos em direto<\/b> realizar-se-\u00e1 na <span class=\"il\">CR<\/span>, e ser\u00e1 transmitido em direto via Internet na plataforma do curso. Durante a sess\u00e3o, poder\u00e1 fazer as suas perguntas diretamente aos oradores. Se estiver em Bruxelas, pode tamb\u00e9m participar \u00abfisicamente\u00bb no debate no Comit\u00e9 das Regi\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Programa<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Semana 1: O papel das regi\u00f5es e dos munic\u00edpios nos assuntos da UE \u2013\u00a0<\/b>Debate em direto: Sexta-feira, 4 de novembro de 2016, das 13.00 \u00e0s 14.15<\/li>\n<li><b>Semana 2: Como funciona o or\u00e7amento da UE \u2013\u00a0<\/b>Debate em direto: Quinta-feira, 10 de novembro de 2016, das 13.00 \u00e0s 14.15<\/li>\n<li><b>Semana 3: Execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos Fundos Europeus Estruturais e de Investimento (FEEI) \u2013\u00a0<\/b>Debate em direto: Sexta-feira, 18 de novembro de 2016, das 13.00 \u00e0s 14.15<\/li>\n<li><b>Semana 4: Projetos de desenvolvimento urbano e regional: Utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do financiamento do BEI e do Plano de Investimento para a Europa \u2013\u00a0<\/b>Debate em direto: Sexta-feira, 25 de novembro de 2016, das 13.00 \u00e0s 14.15<\/li>\n<li><b>Semana 5: Outros programas da UE relevantes para as regi\u00f5es e os munic\u00edpios \u2013\u00a0<\/b>Debate em direto: Sexta-feira, 2 de dezembro de 2016, das 13.00 \u00e0s 14.15<\/li>\n<li><b>Semana 6: O debate sobre a revis\u00e3o intercalar do or\u00e7amento da UE para 2014-2020 e as perspetivas p\u00f3s-2020 \u2013\u00a0<\/b>Debate em direto: Quinta-feira, 8 de dezembro de 2016, das 12.15 \u00e0s 13.30<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Formato<\/h3>\n<p>O MOOC ser\u00e1 entregue na forma de <b>seis m\u00f3dulos<\/b>, cada uma com a dura\u00e7\u00e3o de uma semana. Os participantes concentrar-se-\u00e3o em: <b>Um tema por semana<\/b> e ter\u00e1 a oportunidade de avaliar o seu progresso de aprendizagem atrav\u00e9s de um question\u00e1rio semanal.<\/p>\n<section class=\"prerequisites\">\n<h3>Pr\u00e9-requisitos<\/h3>\n<p>O MOOC est\u00e1 aberto a todos os interessados na UE e nos assuntos regionais e locais.
