Susana \u00e9 licenciada em Psicologia pela UALG \u2013 Universidade do Algarve. Enquanto estudava, foi uma das fundadoras da NEPSI (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Estudantes de Psicologia) em Faro. Ap\u00f3s a gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, trabalhou em escolas e institui\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas com jovens, envolvendo-se profundamente em contextos educacionais. Faz parte integrante de um centro de estudos h\u00e1 oito anos, ajudando estudantes com idades compreendidas entre os 6 e os 18 anos, combinando os seus antecedentes psicol\u00f3gicos com o apoio acad\u00e9mico para promover o crescimento e a resili\u00eancia das mentes jovens.
