O presente relat\u00f3rio apresenta a visita de estudo realizada em Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, no \u00e2mbito do projeto \u00abImpulsionar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens a n\u00edvel local 3\u00bb.
