Lokalne rady m\u0142odzie\u017cowe s\u0105 istotnymi przestrzeniami dialogu i reprezentacji na szczeblu gminnym, ale stoj\u0105 przed nowymi wyzwaniami zwi\u0105zanymi z cyfryzacj\u0105, zagro\u017ceniami internetowymi oraz zmieniaj\u0105cymi si\u0119 sposobami wyra\u017cania siebie i interakcji m\u0142odych ludzi z zarz\u0105dzaniem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W dniach 14\u201321 wrze\u015bnia 2025 r. sie\u0107 DYPALL zorganizowa\u0142a szkolenie \u201eLokalne rady m\u0142odzie\u017cowe na rzecz wysokiej jako\u015bci uczestnictwa w sferze cyfrowej\u201d w Mollinie (Hiszpania) w ramach 24. Uniwersytetu M\u0142odzie\u017cy i Rozwoju (UYD).<\/strong> Inicjatywa ta zgromadzi\u0142a 20 aktywnych cz\u0142onk\u00f3w lokalnych rad m\u0142odzie\u017cowych i podobnych struktur partycypacyjnych z 14 kraj\u00f3w w Europie i poza ni\u0105, zaanga\u017cowanych w popraw\u0119 jako\u015bci uczestnictwa m\u0142odzie\u017cy w podejmowaniu decyzji, zw\u0142aszcza w szybko rozwijaj\u0105cej si\u0119 sferze cyfrowej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Przez ca\u0142y czas trwania programu uczestnicy badali \u201eKarta jako\u015bci dotycz\u0105ca partycypacyjnych i integracyjnych lokalnych rad m\u0142odzie\u017cowych\u201d<\/em><\/strong> i towarzysz\u0105cy mu Zestaw narz\u0119dzi<\/strong>, zdobywanie praktycznych strategii oceny, poprawy i utrzymania skuteczno\u015bci swoich rad. Pog\u0142\u0119bili r\u00f3wnie\u017c swoj\u0105 wiedz\u0119 na temat demokratycznego zaanga\u017cowania, rzecznictwa i umiej\u0119tno\u015bci cyfrowych, zastanawiaj\u0105c si\u0119 jednocze\u015bnie, w jaki spos\u00f3b elementy te mo\u017cna dostosowa\u0107 i zastosowa\u0107 w ich w\u0142asnych spo\u0142eczno\u015bciach. Na koniec kurs podkre\u015bli\u0142 nie tylko wyzwania, ale tak\u017ce mo\u017cliwo\u015bci, jakie sfera cyfrowa stwarza dla lokalnych rad m\u0142odzie\u017cowych. Dzia\u0142anie to przyczyni\u0142o si\u0119 do wzmocnienia europejskiej sieci r\u00f3wnorz\u0119dnych edukator\u00f3w i podmiot\u00f3w opiniotw\u00f3rczych na rzecz wysokiej jako\u015bci uczestnictwa m\u0142odzie\u017cy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program zosta\u0142 dodatkowo wzbogacony o szersze ramy UYD, kt\u00f3re w tym roku koncentrowa\u0142y si\u0119 na temacie \u201eWzmocnienie pozycji m\u0142odzie\u017cy na rzecz bezpiecze\u0144stwa cyfrowego\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. Zapewni\u0142o to uczestnikom mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 nawi\u0105zania kontaktu z innymi liderami m\u0142odzie\u017cowymi, ekspertami i przedstawicielami instytucji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Szkolenie by\u0142o wsp\u00f3\u0142finansowane z programu Erasmus+ Unii Europejskiej za po\u015brednictwem portugalskiej agencji narodowej i koordynowane przez Sie\u0107 DYPALL<\/strong>. Uniwersytet M\u0142odzie\u017cy i Rozwoju jest cz\u0119\u015bci\u0105 wsp\u00f3lnego programu iLEGEND III, wsp\u00f3\u0142finansowanego przez Uni\u0119 Europejsk\u0105 i Rad\u0119 Europy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
