przeszkolonych). <a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/pl\/activity\/climbing-the-ladder-fostering-a-culture-of-youth-engagement-cl-ye-training-for-the-pool-of-youth-facilitators-for-democracy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kwiecie\u0144 w Portugalii<\/a>), z kt\u00f3rych wszyscy aktywnie anga\u017cuj\u0105 si\u0119 w sektor m\u0142odzie\u017cowy w swoich spo\u0142eczno\u015bciach lokalnych.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dwa g\u0142\u00f3wne cele spotkania strategicznego to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ponowne po\u0142\u0105czenie i zbadanie ostatnich zmian w projektach;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stworzenie planu strategicznego ze wsp\u00f3lnymi celami i mo\u017cliwymi (lokalnymi) dzia\u0142aniami w celu wywarcia wp\u0142ywu na ich spo\u0142eczno\u015bci, przyczyniaj\u0105c si\u0119 w ten spos\u00f3b do tworzenia wysokiej jako\u015bci mechanizm\u00f3w zaanga\u017cowania m\u0142odzie\u017cy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sesje kluczowe<\/strong>\u00a0dzia\u0142ania, wspieranego przez dw\u00f3ch do\u015bwiadczonych moderator\u00f3w, obejmowa\u0142o:<br>\u2013 stworzenie manifestu grupowego w celu zastanowienia si\u0119 nad wsp\u00f3ln\u0105 wizj\u0105 i to\u017csamo\u015bci\u0105 grupow\u0105;<br>\u2013 r\u00f3wnoleg\u0142e warsztaty na temat rozwoju polityki m\u0142odzie\u017cowej i kluczowych krok\u00f3w w celu ubiegania si\u0119 o unijne mo\u017cliwo\u015bci finansowania;<br>\u2013 opracowanie planu strategicznego dotycz\u0105cego puli os\u00f3b wspomagaj\u0105cych demokracj\u0119 w\u015br\u00f3d m\u0142odzie\u017cy;<br>\u2013 przygotowanie inspiruj\u0105cego listu dla zainteresowanych stron, kt\u00f3re skorzystaj\u0105 z platformy cyfrowej projektu;<br>\u2013 aktualizacja struktury i tre\u015bci poszczeg\u00f3lnych os\u00f3b\u00a0<strong><em>\u201eZestaw narz\u0119dzi dla os\u00f3b u\u0142atwiaj\u0105cych prac\u0119 z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To drugie osobiste dzia\u0142anie by\u0142o kluczowym krokiem w projekcie, umo\u017cliwiaj\u0105cym grupie moderator\u00f3w dalsze inwestowanie w budowanie zdolno\u015bci, dalsze rozwijanie wynik\u00f3w projektu i opracowywanie dzia\u0142a\u0144 nast\u0119pczych.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt CL-YE jest koordynowany przez sie\u0107 DYPALL we wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy z Europiamo ETS (W\u0142ochy), YEPP EUROPE (Niemcy), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norwegia), EDYN (S\u0142owacja), Zgromadzeniem Region\u00f3w Europy \u2013 AER (Francja) i
