Szkolenie odby\u0142o si\u0119 w dniach 7-12 kwietnia w Portim\u00e3o w Portugalii i zgromadzi\u0142o 16 m\u0142odych lider\u00f3w z 11 r\u00f3\u017cnych kraj\u00f3w, z kt\u00f3rych wszyscy aktywnie anga\u017cuj\u0105 si\u0119 w sektor m\u0142odzie\u017cowy w swoich spo\u0142eczno\u015bciach lokalnych.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u0142\u00f3wnym celem tego szkolenia by\u0142o wyposa\u017cenie m\u0142odych ludzi w wieku od 18 do 25 lat w niezb\u0119dne narz\u0119dzia, wiedz\u0119 i umiej\u0119tno\u015bci, aby wspiera\u0107 organizacje we wdra\u017caniu lub wzmacnianiu mechanizm\u00f3w zaanga\u017cowania m\u0142odzie\u017cy. Korzystaj\u0105c z metod kszta\u0142cenia pozaformalnego i kieruj\u0105c si\u0119 do\u015bwiadczonymi trenerami, uczestnicy zostali zanurzeni w dynamicznym \u015brodowisku uczenia si\u0119, w kt\u00f3rym mogli dzieli\u0107 si\u0119 do\u015bwiadczeniami, rozwija\u0107 kompetencje i budowa\u0107 sieci z r\u00f3wie\u015bnikami z ca\u0142ej Europy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grupa moderator\u00f3w spotka si\u0119 ponownie na spotkaniu strategicznym we W\u0142oszech, zorganizowanym we wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy z Europiamo ETS<\/strong>, aby kontynuowa\u0107 budowanie zdolno\u015bci i dalej rozwija\u0107 wyniki projektu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projekt CL-YE jest koordynowany przez sie\u0107 DYPALL we wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy z Europiamo ETS (W\u0142ochy), YEPP EUROPE (Niemcy), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norwegia), EDYN (S\u0142owacja), Zgromadzeniem Region\u00f3w Europy \u2013 AER (Francja) i SQLearn (Grecja) i jest wsp\u00f3\u0142finansowany z programu Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
