Dzia\u0142anie to mia\u0142o na celu po\u0142\u0105czenie gmin i organizacji spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwa obywatelskiego pracuj\u0105cych nad uczestnictwem m\u0142odzie\u017cy w lokalnym procesie decyzyjnym w celu zwi\u0119kszenia zaanga\u017cowania m\u0142odzie\u017cy w opracowywanie lokalnych polityk, zw\u0142aszcza \u015brodowiskowych.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u0142\u00f3wnym celem PBA by\u0142o stworzenie przestrzeni do wymiany r\u00f3\u017cnych reali\u00f3w, promowanie dobrych praktyk, metodologii i narz\u0119dzi przy jednoczesnym opracowywaniu projekt\u00f3w wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy, kt\u00f3re \u0142\u0105cz\u0105 m\u0142odych ludzi, polityk\u0119 ochrony \u015brodowiska i demokracje lokalne zgodnie ze strategi\u0105 UE na rzecz m\u0142odzie\u017cy na lata 2019\u20132027 i programem Erasmus+. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cele szczeg\u00f3\u0142owe tego PBA obejmowa\u0142y zgromadzenie partner\u00f3w ze wszystkich kraj\u00f3w nale\u017c\u0105cych do sieci w celu pog\u0142\u0119bienia ich wiedzy na temat ram europejskiej polityki m\u0142odzie\u017cowej, uczestnictwa m\u0142odzie\u017cy i projekt\u00f3w na rzecz demokracji. Jego celem by\u0142o zbadanie, w jaki spos\u00f3b udzia\u0142 m\u0142odzie\u017cy w tworzeniu lokalnej polityki ochrony \u015brodowiska przyczynia si\u0119 do budowania silniejszych, bardziej zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conych i pokojowych demokracji lokalnych. Ponadto PBA zach\u0119ca\u0142o do wymiany wiedzy fachowej, do\u015bwiadcze\u0144 i dobrych praktyk w zakresie pracy z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 na szczeblu lokalnym, ze szczeg\u00f3lnym naciskiem na budowanie owocnych i d\u0142ugotrwa\u0142ych partnerstw. Ostatecznym celem by\u0142o opracowanie nowych projekt\u00f3w w ramach istniej\u0105cych program\u00f3w europejskich, kt\u00f3re mog\u0142yby by\u0107 stosowane w nadchodz\u0105cych terminach.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uczestnicy zag\u0142\u0119bili si\u0119 w ramy wsparcia udzielanego w ramach programu Erasmus+, analizuj\u0105c jego priorytety i kluczowe dzia\u0142ania jako narz\u0119dzia wspieraj\u0105ce ich pomys\u0142y na projekty. Pracowali nad mapowaniem kluczowych wyzwa\u0144 \u015brodowiskowych w swoich spo\u0142eczno\u015bciach lokalnych i tworzeniem zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conych partnerstw w celu sprostania tym wyzwaniom przy wsparciu programu Erasmus+. Ponadto zaanga\u017cowali si\u0119 w owocny dialog z Tha\u00efsem Lerayem, kierownikiem zespo\u0142u ds. m\u0142odzie\u017cy w dziale odpowiedzialnym za m\u0142odzie\u017c, edukacj\u0119 i kultur\u0119 w Dyrekcji Generalnej Komisji Europejskiej ds. Partnerstw Mi\u0119dzynarodowych, co doda\u0142o cennych informacji do naszego wydarzenia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PBA odby\u0142o si\u0119 na Uniwersytecie M\u0142odzie\u017cy i Rozwoju, kt\u00f3ry zgromadzi\u0142 240 uczestnik\u00f3w z 70 narodowo\u015bci, aby wzi\u0105\u0107 udzia\u0142 w 9 dzia\u0142aniach, kt\u00f3re odby\u0142y si\u0119 jednocze\u015bnie, z centralnym naciskiem na temat:<em><strong> \u201eM\u0142odzi ludzie, pok\u00f3j i zmiana klimatu\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. Uczestnicy mieli mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 nawi\u0105zywania kontakt\u00f3w, dzielenia si\u0119 informacjami i refleksji z uczestnikami innych dzia\u0142a\u0144 na UYD podczas serii sesji plenarnych w ramach wsp\u00f3lnego programu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017cesz odkry\u0107 dedykowan\u0105 stron\u0119 internetow\u0105 dla UYD <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/north-south-centre\/university-on-youth-and-development-2023?fbclid=IwAR0HRDAusAW5aSPnlgB9oGo98BRGQTdGDEPIfPhoGOImx4kRtprU0yb5MgQ\">tutaj<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PBA zosta\u0142a zorganizowana przez DYPALL Network przy wsparciu <strong>Program Erasmus+<\/strong> poprzez <strong>portugalska agencja narodowa<\/strong>.
