By\u0142a to okazja do wzajemnego poznania si\u0119, zorganizowania prac administracyjnych i zaplanowania procesu badawczego, kt\u00f3ry poprowadzi dalszy rozw\u00f3j projektu w najbli\u017cszych miesi\u0105cach.<\/p>\n

\u201eMiasta powitalne \u2013 poprawa uczestnictwa m\u0142odych migrant\u00f3w na szczeblu lokalnym\u201d to projekt w ramach akcji kluczowej 2 realizowany przez Migrafric\u0119 (Niemcy), sie\u0107 DYPALL, Fundaci\u00f3 Catalunya Volunt\u00e0ria (Hiszpania) i Stowarzyszenie Obywatelskie Zjednoczonej M\u0142odzie\u017cy (Macedonia P\u00f3\u0142nocna), kt\u00f3rego celem jest poprawa warunk\u00f3w, og\u00f3lnej integracji i uczestnictwa m\u0142odych migrant\u00f3w i m\u0142odzie\u017cy ze \u015brodowisk migracyjnych w ich spo\u0142eczno\u015bciach lokalnych poprzez dzielenie si\u0119 dobrymi praktykami i przyk\u0142adami integracji oraz wsp\u00f3lne poszukiwanie lepszych rozwi\u0105za\u0144 wraz z t\u0105 grup\u0105 docelow\u0105 i dla niej.<\/p>\n

Projekt ten umo\u017cliwi gminom w krajach partnerskich wymian\u0119 najlepszych praktyk i modeli pochodz\u0105cych z Europy Po\u0142udniowej, P\u00f3\u0142nocnej i Wschodniej oraz gromadzenie do\u015bwiadcze\u0144 i zintegrowanych sposob\u00f3w u\u0142atwiania i wspierania uczestnictwa m\u0142odych migrant\u00f3w i m\u0142odzie\u017cy ze \u015brodowisk migracyjnych, a tym samym u\u0142atwiania ich integracji spo\u0142ecznej. Jego celem jest z\u0142agodzenie niekt\u00f3rych wyzwa\u0144, przed kt\u00f3rymi stoj\u0105 gminy, je\u015bli chodzi o integracj\u0119 uczestnictwa m\u0142odych migrant\u00f3w, takich jak bariery strukturalne i spo\u0142eczne. Partnerzy projektu uwa\u017caj\u0105, \u017ce szczeg\u00f3lne potrzeby grup docelowych w zakresie uczestnictwa obywatelskiego i politycznego mieszcz\u0105 si\u0119 mi\u0119dzy lukami w istniej\u0105cych politykach dotycz\u0105cych m\u0142odzie\u017cy i w\u0142\u0105czenia spo\u0142ecznego. Projekt ten pozwoli r\u00f3wnie\u017c w\u0142adzom lokalnym i osobom pracuj\u0105cym z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 unikn\u0105\u0107 \u201etokenizacji\u201d m\u0142odych migrant\u00f3w, zapewniaj\u0105c, aby ich w\u0142\u0105czenie w uczestnictwo by\u0142o znacz\u0105ce, co jest warunkiem ich pe\u0142nej integracji.<\/p>\n
