Celem projektu by\u0142o zwi\u0119kszenie aktywno\u015bci obywatelskiej m\u0142odzie\u017cy z gminy Zalewo poprzez wdro\u017cenie modelu aktywizacji m\u0142odzie\u017cy opartego na przyk\u0142adach podzielanych przez organizacje portugalskie podczas <a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/pl\/activity\/youth-participatory-for-innovative-education-in-the-zalewo-commune-study-visit-in-portugal\/\">wizyta studyjna w Portim\u00e3o<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Trenerzy sieci DYPALL odwiedzili Polsk\u0119, aby wesprze\u0107 realizacj\u0119 lokalnego dzia\u0142ania na rzecz uczestnictwa m\u0142odzie\u017cy. We wtorek i \u015brod\u0119 przeszkolili\u015bmy 20 m\u0142odych ludzi i 4 nauczycieli z 4 szk\u00f3\u0142 na lokalnych obszarach wiejskich, kt\u00f3rzy dowiedzieli si\u0119 o uczestnictwie m\u0142odzie\u017cy i ich zdolno\u015bci do zmiany lokalnej rzeczywisto\u015bci. Zgodnie z metodologi\u0105 my\u015blenia projektowego m\u0142odzi ludzie analizowali problemy i potrzeby swoich r\u00f3wie\u015bnik\u00f3w, definiowali istniej\u0105ce problemy, zastanawiali si\u0119 nad mo\u017cliwymi rozwi\u0105zaniami, a ostatecznie tworzyli i testowali prototypy swoich pomys\u0142\u00f3w przed dyrektorami szk\u00f3\u0142. Planowane przez nich inicjatywy b\u0119d\u0105 realizowane w pierwszej po\u0142owie roku szkolnego.<\/p>\n<p>Reszt\u0119 wizyty po\u015bwi\u0119cono wizycie studyjnej w I\u0142awie. Spotkania z lokalnymi zwi\u0105zkami studenckimi i lokaln\u0105 rad\u0105 m\u0142odzie\u017cow\u0105 pozwoli\u0142y nam lepiej zrozumie\u0107 r\u00f3\u017cnice mi\u0119dzy strukturami uczestnictwa m\u0142odzie\u017cy i podzieli\u0107 si\u0119 z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 i osobami pracuj\u0105cymi z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 cz\u0119\u015bci\u0105 europejskich dobrych praktyk okre\u015blonych przez sie\u0107 DYPALL w trwaj\u0105cym badaniu dotycz\u0105cym modeli uczestnictwa m\u0142odzie\u017cy.
