W dniu 1 marca 2021 r. Sie\u0107 DYPALL<\/strong> wzi\u0105\u0142 udzia\u0142 w internetowym spotkaniu inauguracyjnym projektu \u201eRozw\u00f3j i dost\u0119p milenials\u00f3w do programu Erasmus+<\/strong>\u201e(GAME+) koordynowane przez cz\u0142onka sieci DYPALL Europe4Youth<\/strong> (Polska) z dwoma innymi partnerami: Centrum Aktywizmu M\u0142odzie\u017cy CYA KRIK<\/strong> (Macedonia P\u00f3\u0142nocna) oraz Bangherang APS<\/strong> (W\u0142ochy).<\/p>\n

Projekt \u201eGAME+\u201d ma na celu stworzenie innowacyjnego narz\u0119dzia cyfrowego Learnus+, kt\u00f3re wspiera dzia\u0142ania tworzone przez osoby pracuj\u0105ce z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 poprzez zastosowanie warstwy grywalizacji w procesach uczenia si\u0119 m\u0142odych ludzi. Grywalizacja polega na wykorzystaniu projektowania gier i mechaniki w kontek\u015bcie niezwi\u0105zanym z gr\u0105, aby zaoferowa\u0107 innowacyjnych pedagog\u00f3w, kt\u00f3rzy dodaj\u0105 anga\u017cuj\u0105ce elementy do materia\u0142\u00f3w edukacyjnych i motywuj\u0105 osoby pracuj\u0105ce z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 do nadrabiania zaleg\u0142o\u015bci w spo\u0142eczno\u015bci w zabawny spos\u00f3b. Projekt ten b\u0119dzie koncentrowa\u0142 si\u0119 na zapewnieniu wsparcia osobom pracuj\u0105cym z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 i organizacjom m\u0142odzie\u017cowym podczas przygotowywania ich regularnych dzia\u0142a\u0144 oraz na wspieraniu uczestnictwa cyfrowego i uczenia si\u0119 online m\u0142odych ludzi. <\/p>\n

Cele projektu s\u0105 nast\u0119puj\u0105ce:
\n\u2013 oferowanie nowego, innowacyjnego narz\u0119dzia cyfrowego opartego na metodzie grywalizacji;
\n\u2013 poprawa uczestnictwa cyfrowego i w\u0142\u0105czenia cyfrowego m\u0142odych ludzi;
\n\u2013 zach\u0119canie i motywowanie m\u0142odych ludzi do korzystania z gier edukacyjnych jako narz\u0119dzia do nauki online;
\n\u2013 do prostowania zdolno\u015bci os\u00f3b pracuj\u0105cych z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105, m\u0142odych ludzi i organizacji m\u0142odzie\u017cowych na szczeblu europejskim.<\/p>\n

W pierwszej fazie projektu konsorcjum rozpocznie szeroko zakrojone badania nad studiami przypadk\u00f3w i dobrymi praktykami stosowania metod grywalizacji przez osoby pracuj\u0105ce z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 i organizacje m\u0142odzie\u017cowe. Na podstawie analizy tych praktyk i zalece\u0144 os\u00f3b pracuj\u0105cych z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105, z kt\u00f3rymi przeprowadzono wywiady, partnerzy projektu utworz\u0105 nowe narz\u0119dzie, kt\u00f3re oferuje warstw\u0119 grywalizacyjn\u0105 do pracy z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 i proces\u00f3w uczenia si\u0119 m\u0142odych ludzi. Projekt obejmuje szkolenie dla os\u00f3b pracuj\u0105cych z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 maj\u0105ce na celu rozwijanie ich umiej\u0119tno\u015bci w zakresie stosowania metod i narz\u0119dzi grywalizacji w pracy z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 oraz testowanie narz\u0119dzia cyfrowego stworzonego w ramach projektu.<\/p>\n

Rezultaty projektu \u2013 innowacyjne narz\u0119dzie cyfrowe Learnus+ oraz wytyczne dotycz\u0105ce korzystania z narz\u0119dzi grywalizacji w pracy z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 \u2013 zostan\u0105 rozpowszechnione za po\u015brednictwem serii wydarze\u0144 upowszechniaj\u0105cych w 4 krajach.<\/p>\n

Projekt jest finansowany przez Uni\u0119 Europejsk\u0105 w ramach programu Erasmus+: Strategic Partnership for Innovation in the filed of youth [Strategiczne partnerstwo na rzecz innowacji w m\u0142odzie\u017cy].<\/p>\n
