Mi\u0119dzy 24<\/span>th<\/span> oraz 30<\/span>th<\/span> W pa\u017adzierniku firma DYPALL uczestniczy\u0142a w projekcie Welcomeship organizowanym przez YEPP EUROPA w Sztokholmie. W tym tygodniu odby\u0142o si\u0119 szkolenie trener\u00f3w, w kt\u00f3rym uczestniczyli partnerzy z sze\u015bciu kraj\u00f3w, takich jak Portugalia, Szwecja, Finlandia, Wielka Brytania, W\u0142ochy i Niemcy. Szkolenie odby\u0142o si\u0119 w r\u00f3\u017cnych domach m\u0142odzie\u017cowych i mia\u0142o na celu przeszkolenie i wzmocnienie pozycji os\u00f3b pracuj\u0105cych z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 i trener\u00f3w m\u0142odzie\u017cowych z organizacji partnerskich, aby stali si\u0119 trenerami kursu powitalnego, ucz\u0105c ich dostarczania kluczowych temat\u00f3w w spos\u00f3b pozaformalny, partycypacyjny i innowacyjny, a tym samym u\u0142atwiaj\u0105c zrozumienie i zaanga\u017cowanie m\u0142odych ludzi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Utworzony zostanie r\u00f3wnie\u017c kana\u0142 na youtube, na kt\u00f3rym mo\u017cna zapozna\u0107 si\u0119 z r\u00f3\u017cnymi samouczkami dotycz\u0105cymi pi\u0119ciu modu\u0142\u00f3w przewodnika: \u201eOpening Minds & Doors\u201d, \u201eEntrepreneurship & Community\u201d, \u201eIdea Development\u201d, \u201eThe Market: From Idea to Business\u201d oraz \u201eLaunching & Scaling\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
