Szkolenie, realizowane w ramach dzia\u0142a\u0144 z zakresu budowania zdolno\u015bci sieci DYPALL, przynosi do Holandii 30 uczestnik\u00f3w, przedstawicieli organizacji spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwa obywatelskiego, os\u00f3b pracuj\u0105cych z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105, lider\u00f3w m\u0142odzie\u017cowych i przedstawicieli w\u0142adz lokalnych, aby podzieli\u0107 si\u0119 swoimi pogl\u0105dami i zrozumieniem na temat uczestnictwa m\u0142odzie\u017cy w procesach decyzyjnych na szczeblu lokalnym, krajowym i europejskim, przedyskutowa\u0107 je i przedstawi\u0107.
