Celem badania jest przedstawienie zalece\u0144 dotycz\u0105cych uwzgl\u0119dniania zorganizowanego i znacz\u0105cego uczestnictwa m\u0142odzie\u017cy w EKES-ie i innych instytucjach UE, zgodnie ze strategi\u0105 UE na rzecz m\u0142odzie\u017cy i strategi\u0105 ONZ na rzecz m\u0142odzie\u017cy, w oparciu o cztery studia przypadk\u00f3w na szczeblu lokalnym, krajowym, unijnym i mi\u0119dzynarodowym: Lokalna Rada M\u0142odzie\u017cy w K\u0142ajpedzie (Litwa), austriacka Krajowa Rada M\u0142odzie\u017cy, system wsp\u00f3\u0142zarz\u0105dzania Rady Europy oraz inicjatywa OECD na rzecz m\u0142odzie\u017cy.
