CHLaYdoscope Project is gericht op het ondersteunen van de ontwikkeling van community-based jeugd leiderschap (YCLs) door middel van een innovatief mentorschap en niet-formeel onderwijs programma ontworpen en geleverd door ervaren European Creative Hub Leaders (ECHL's). De belangrijkste prioriteit die het project wil aanpakken: \u201cBevordering van actief burgerschap, zin voor initiatief van jongeren en ondernemerschap onder jongeren, met inbegrip van sociaal ondernemerschap\u201d.
