De activiteit van het DYPALL-netwerk voor partnerschapsopbouw (PBA) \u201cJeugdparticipatie voor duurzame lokale democratie\u00ebn\u201d aan de 22e universiteit voor jeugd en ontwikkeling in Mollina, Spanje, vond plaats van 17 tot en met 24 september 2023. De PBA is bedoeld om gemeenten en maatschappelijke organisaties die werken aan de participatie van jongeren in de lokale besluitvorming te verbinden om de betrokkenheid van jongeren bij het ontwerpen van lokaal beleid, met name milieubeleid, te vergroten. Deze activiteiten worden georganiseerd door DYPALL Network met de steun van het Erasmus+-programma via het Portugese nationale agentschap. De UYD is een internationaal jongerenevenement dat deel uitmaakt van het gezamenlijk programma iLEGEND III, medegefinancierd door de Europese Unie en de Raad van
