Youth Participation Matters is een 18 maanden durend project dat wordt uitgevoerd door DYPALL Network dat verschillende niet-gouvernementele organisaties, vertegenwoordigers van lokale overheden, onderzoekers, jeugdwerkers, jeugdleiders en jongeren samenbrengt om het belang en de modellen van lokale jeugdparticipatie in Europa te bespreken.
