Lokale jongerenraden zijn cruciale ruimten voor dialoog en vertegenwoordiging op gemeentelijk niveau, maar zij worden geconfronteerd met nieuwe uitdagingen in verband met digitalisering, onlinerisico\u2019s en de veranderende manieren waarop jongeren zich uiten en omgaan met bestuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Van 14 tot en met 21 september 2025 heeft het DYPALL-netwerk in Mollina (Spanje) in het kader van de 24e Universiteit voor Jeugd en Ontwikkeling (UYD) de opleiding \u201cLocal Youth Councils for Quality Participation in the Digital Sphere\u201d georganiseerd.<\/strong> Dit initiatief bracht 20 actieve leden van lokale jongerenraden en soortgelijke participatiestructuren uit 14 landen in Europa en daarbuiten samen, die zich inzetten voor het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van de participatie van jongeren in de besluitvorming, met name in de snel evoluerende digitale sfeer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gedurende het hele programma verkenden de deelnemers de \"Kwaliteitshandvest voor participatieve en inclusieve lokale jongerenraden\"<\/em><\/strong> en de begeleidende Toolkit<\/strong>, praktische strategie\u00ebn te ontwikkelen om de doeltreffendheid van hun raden te beoordelen, te verbeteren en in stand te houden. Ze verdiepten ook hun begrip van democratische betrokkenheid, belangenbehartiging en digitale geletterdheid, terwijl ze nadachten over hoe deze elementen in hun eigen gemeenschappen kunnen worden aangepast en toegepast. Tot slot werd in de cursus niet alleen de nadruk gelegd op de uitdagingen, maar ook op de kansen die de digitale omgeving biedt voor lokale jongerenraden. De activiteit droeg bij tot de versterking van een Europees netwerk van intercollegiale opvoeders en multiplicatoren voor hoogwaardige participatie van jongeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het programma werd verder verrijkt door het bredere kader van de UYD, dat dit jaar gericht was op het thema \u201cJongeren mondiger maken voor digitale veiligheid\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. Dit bood de deelnemers de mogelijkheid om contact te leggen met andere jeugdleiders, deskundigen en institutionele vertegenwoordigers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De opleiding werd medegefinancierd door het Erasmus+-programma van de Europese Unie via het Portugese nationale agentschap en geco\u00f6rdineerd door DYPALL-netwerk<\/strong>. De Universiteit voor Jeugd en Ontwikkeling maakt deel uit van het gezamenlijk programma iLEGEND III, medegefinancierd door de Europese Unie en de Raad van Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
