Binnen de \u201cDe ladder beklimmen \u2013 Bevordering van een cultuur van jongerenbetrokkenheid (CL-YE)\u201d<\/em><\/strong> In het kader van het DYPALL-project organiseerde het DYPALL-netwerk de eerste opleidingscursus voor de pool van jongerenfacilitators voor democratie. De training vond plaats van 7 tot 12 april in Portim\u00e3o, Portugal, en bracht 16 jonge leiders uit 11 verschillende landen samen, die allemaal actief betrokken zijn bij de jeugdsector binnen hun lokale gemeenschappen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het hoofddoel van deze opleiding was jongeren tussen 18 en 25 jaar uit te rusten met de nodige instrumenten, kennis en vaardigheden om organisaties te ondersteunen bij de uitvoering of verbetering van mechanismen voor de betrokkenheid van jongeren. Met behulp van niet-formele onderwijsmethoden en onder leiding van ervaren opleiders werden de deelnemers ondergedompeld in een dynamische leeromgeving waar ze ervaringen konden delen, competenties konden ontwikkelen en netwerken konden opbouwen met leeftijdsgenoten uit heel Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25aa Verkenning van vaardigheden en competenties van een Jeugdfacilitator
\u25aa Parallelle workshops over EU-financiering en onderzoek in de jeugdsector
\u25aa Inleiding tot de CL-YE publicatie \"Richtsnoeren voor modellen en mechanismen voor jongerenbetrokkenheid\"<\/em><\/strong>
\u25aa Ontwikkeling van de \u201cToolbox voor jongerenfacilitators\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deze basisopleiding is een belangrijke stap in het CL-YE-initiatief. De pool van facilitators zal opnieuw bijeenkomen voor een strategische bijeenkomst in Itali\u00eb, georganiseerd in samenwerking met Europiamo ETS<\/strong>, capaciteitsopbouw voort te zetten en de projectresultaten verder te ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het CL-YE-project wordt geco\u00f6rdineerd door DYPALL Network in samenwerking met Europiamo ETS (Itali\u00eb), YEPP EUROPE (Duitsland), Nordland fylkeskommune (Noorwegen), EDYN (Slowakije), Assembly of European Regions \u2013 AER (Frankrijk) en SQLearn (Griekenland), en wordt medegefinancierd door het Erasmus+-programma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
