Van 12 tot 18 augustus, de eerste studiebezoek<\/strong> van de Het beklimmen van de ladder: bevordering van een cultuur van jongerenbetrokkenheid (CL-YE)<\/em><\/strong> Het project vond plaats in Bod\u00f8, Noorwegen, de eerste culturele hoofdstad van Europa ten noorden van de poolcirkel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deelnemers van partnerorganisaties namen deel aan de AER Summer Academy<\/strong>, een tweejaarlijks evenement, dat dit jaar samen met Nordland County werd georganiseerd. De Summer Academy bracht Europese regio\u2019s samen om beste praktijken op het gebied van participatie en inclusie van jongeren door middel van cultuur uit te wisselen. Het evenement bestond uit paneldiscussies, interactieve workshops en een bezoek aan Kjerring\u00f8y<\/strong>, een historische site met een kijkje in het Noorse culturele erfgoed.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De laatste dagen van het studiebezoek waren gericht op het begrijpen van de structuren en kaders ter ondersteuning van de participatie van jongeren in Nordland. Deelnemers van partnerorganisaties hebben ervaring uit de eerste hand opgedaan door een bezoek te brengen aan Nordland (provincie)<\/strong> In gesprek met vertegenwoordigers van de Jongerenraad van Nordland<\/strong>, het Unge Stormen jeugdprogramma<\/strong>, en Eerste Scandinavi\u00eb<\/strong>, een organisatie die baanbrekend is op het gebied van innovatieve onderwijsmethoden. Deze bezoeken gaven inzicht in de aanpak van Nordland ten aanzien van de betrokkenheid van jongeren en de ondersteunende structuren van de provincie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De opgedane inzichten zullen worden gebundeld in een uitgebreid rapport waarin verschillende strategie\u00ebn worden gepresenteerd om de betrokkenheid van jongeren te vergroten, jongeren mondiger te maken en praktische hulpmiddelen te bieden aan beroepsbeoefenaars en beleidsmakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het beklimmen van de ladder: het bevorderen van een cultuur van jongerenbetrokkenheid (CL-YE) wordt geleid door het DYPALL-netwerk in samenwerking met Europiamo <\/a>(Itali\u00eb), Nordland fylkeskommune<\/a> (Noorwegen), EDYN <\/a>(Slowakije), YEPP Europa<\/a> (Duitsland), Assembl\u00e9e des R\u00e9gions d\u2019Europe \u2013 AER<\/a> (Frankrijk), en SQ Leren <\/a>(Griekenland), in het kader van het Erasmus+-programma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
