Deze activiteit had tot doel gemeenten en maatschappelijke organisaties die zich inzetten voor de participatie van jongeren in de lokale besluitvorming met elkaar in contact te brengen om de betrokkenheid van jongeren bij het uitstippelen van lokaal beleid, met name op milieugebied, te vergroten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het hoofddoel van de PBA was een ruimte te cre\u00ebren voor de uitwisseling van verschillende realiteiten, het bevorderen van goede praktijken, methoden en instrumenten en het ontwikkelen van samenwerkingsprojecten die jongeren, milieubeleid en lokale democratie\u00ebn met elkaar verbinden, in overeenstemming met de EU-strategie voor jongeren voor 2019-2027 en het Erasmus+-programma. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De specifieke doelstellingen van deze PBA omvatten het samenbrengen van partners uit alle landen van het netwerk om hun kennis van het Europese kader voor jeugdbeleid, jongerenparticipatie en democratieprojecten te ontwikkelen. Het doel was te onderzoeken hoe de participatie van jongeren in het cre\u00ebren van lokaal milieubeleid bijdraagt tot de opbouw van sterkere, duurzamere en vreedzamere lokale democratie\u00ebn. Daarnaast moedigde de PBA de uitwisseling van expertise, ervaring en goede praktijken van jeugdwerk op lokaal niveau aan, met de nadruk op het opbouwen van vruchtbare en langdurige partnerschappen. Het uiteindelijke doel was om nieuwe projecten te ontwikkelen in het kader van bestaande Europese programma's die in de komende termijnen kunnen worden toegepast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De deelnemers verdiepten zich in het kader van de steun in het kader van het Erasmus+-programma en onderzochten de prioriteiten en kernacties ervan als instrumenten om hun projectidee\u00ebn te ondersteunen. Zij hebben gewerkt aan het in kaart brengen van belangrijke milieu-uitdagingen in hun lokale gemeenschappen en het cre\u00ebren van duurzame partnerschappen om deze uitdagingen aan te pakken met de steun van het Erasmus+-programma. Bovendien gingen zij een productieve dialoog aan met Tha\u00efs Leray, teamleider voor jeugdzaken in de eenheid die verantwoordelijk is voor jeugd, onderwijs en cultuur van DG Internationale Partnerschappen van de Europese Commissie, wat waardevolle inzichten aan ons evenement heeft toegevoegd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De PBA vond plaats aan de Universiteit voor Jeugd en Ontwikkeling, die 240 deelnemers van 70 nationaliteiten verzamelde om deel te nemen aan 9 activiteiten die tegelijkertijd plaatsvonden, met een centrale focus op het thema:<em><strong> \"Jongeren, vrede en klimaatverandering\"<\/strong><\/em>. Deelnemers kregen de gelegenheid om te netwerken, te delen en na te denken met deelnemers van andere activiteiten op UYD tijdens een reeks plenaire vergaderingen als onderdeel van het gezamenlijk programma.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>U kunt de speciale website voor de UYD ontdekken <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/north-south-centre\/university-on-youth-and-development-2023?fbclid=IwAR0HRDAusAW5aSPnlgB9oGo98BRGQTdGDEPIfPhoGOImx4kRtprU0yb5MgQ\">hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De PBA werd georganiseerd door DYPALL Network met de steun van de <strong>Erasmus+-programma<\/strong> door de <strong>Portugees nationaal agentschap<\/strong>. De UYD 2023 is een internationaal jongerenevenement dat deel uitmaakt van de <strong>iLEGEND III Gezamenlijk programma<\/strong> medegefinancierd door de <strong>Europese Unie<\/strong> en de <strong>Raad van Europa<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
