{"id":6627,"date":"2023-10-09T10:16:32","date_gmt":"2023-10-09T09:16:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=6627"},"modified":"2024-06-28T09:48:09","modified_gmt":"2024-06-28T09:48:09","slug":"migrant-youth-friendly-cities-a-scale-of-reference-training-course","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/nl\/activity\/migrant-youth-friendly-cities-a-scale-of-reference-training-course\/","title":{"rendered":"\"Jeugdvriendelijke migrantensteden: Een referentieschaal\" Opleidingscursus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De <strong>Internationale opleidingscursus<\/strong><em><strong> \"Jeugdvriendelijke migrantensteden: een referentieschaal,\u201d<\/strong><\/em> dat een integraal onderdeel vormt van het bredere project \u201cMigrant Youth Friendly Cities\u201d, vond plaats van 24 tot en met 30 september 2023 in Fund\u00e3o, Portugal.<\/p>\n<p>De opleiding bracht jeugdwerkers, gemeenteambtenaren en jongeren met een migratieachtergrond uit Zweden, Spanje, Griekenland en Portugal samen. Het primaire doel van deze training was om het bewustzijn te vergroten over het belang van het bevorderen van interculturele gemeenschappen op lokaal niveau. Het doel was om deelnemers een uitgebreid inzicht te geven in hoe integratiestrategie\u00ebn en -beleid het dagelijks leven van migranten- en vluchtelingenjongeren diepgaand be\u00efnvloeden.<\/p>\n<p>De deelnemers onderzochten hoe zij actief kunnen bijdragen aan de formulering en uitvoering van deze strategie\u00ebn en beleidsmaatregelen, in het besef dat hun actieve betrokkenheid bij besluitvormingsprocessen een cruciale rol speelt bij het vormgeven van de gemeenschappen waarin zij wonen.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens de cursus onderzochten de deelnemers wie een migrant is, wie de betrokken belanghebbenden zijn en hoe een migrantenvriendelijke stad eruit zou moeten zien. Daarnaast werden ze ge\u00efntroduceerd in de <strong>Beoordelingsinstrument (IO2)<\/strong> en de <strong>Richtsnoeren (IO3)<\/strong>, die beide zijn ontwikkeld als intellectuele output in het kader van het project \u201cMigrant Youth Friendly Cities\u201d. Via niet-formele onderwijsmethoden gebruikten de deelnemers de Assessment Tool om de vriendelijkheid van hun gemeenten te evalueren en formuleerden ze actieplannen voor verbetering. Tot slot hadden ze de mogelijkheid om het Migratiecentrum in Fund\u00e3o te bezoeken en getuige te zijn van de<br \/>\ntoepassing van goede praktijken op lokaal niveau.<\/p>\n<p>De training vergemakkelijkte het opzetten van netwerkverbindingen tussen gemeentelijke werknemers, jeugdwerkers, niet-gouvernementele organisaties en migranten- en vluchtelingenjongeren. Deze verbindingen zullen de gezamenlijke inspanningen op het gebied van migrantenjongerenvriendelijke steden bevorderen en de potenti\u00eble impact van dit initiatief op lokaal, regionaal, nationaal en internationaal niveau vergroten.<\/p>\n<p>De financi\u00eble steun voor deze opleiding werd verstrekt via de medefinanciering van het Erasmus+-programma van de Europese Unie. De co\u00f6rdinatie van dit initiatief stond onder toezicht van het DYPALL-netwerk, met de steun van de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cm-fundao.pt\/\">Fund\u00e3o (gemeente)<\/a>.
