De activiteit vond plaats in het Europees Jeugdcentrum in Straatsburg (Frankrijk) van 24 t\/m 29 april 2022 en bracht 25 jeugdleiders uit 22 verschillende landen samen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het doel van de studiesessie was een leerruimte te bieden om jongerenafgevaardigden, jeugdwerkers, vertegenwoordigers van lokale jeugdraden en soortgelijke participatiestructuren te betrekken en uit te rusten met praktische kennis en vaardigheden om zinvolle participatie van jongeren op lokaal niveau in heel Europa te bevorderen. Tijdens deze studiesessie konden de deelnemers de kansen en bedreigingen van de COVID-19-pandemie op het gebied van jongerenparticipatie delen en bestaande goede praktijken en instrumenten onderzoeken om hun deelname op lokaal niveau te bevorderen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vandaag delen we het verslag van de studiesessie <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/u.pcloud.link\/publink\/show?code=XZwlNhVZ58B5C5FmHK0CWPwFjFELLp4br4GX\"><b>\u201c<\/b><b><i>De ladder beklimmen \u2013 Jongerenleiders in staat stellen om de deelname van jongeren aan het besluitvormingsproces op lokaal niveau te vergemakkelijken<\/i><\/b><b>\u201d<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dit geeft de lezer een algemeen overzicht van de ontwikkelingen in de sessie en helpt om de conclusies en ervaringen van de deelnemers te begrijpen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In het verslag worden de verschillende delen van de sessie gepresenteerd, zoals:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">motivatie, doelstellingen, programma, profiel van de deelnemers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">leerproces gevormd door de verwachtingen van de deelnemers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">toegepaste theorie\u00ebn en methoden, zoals het COVID-model van RMSOS, analyse van de belangrijkste rollen op jeugdgebied, de ladder van jongerenparticipatie en de belangenbehartigingscyclus<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">specifieke activiteiten om een outreachstrategie, netwerken en mogelijke follow-upmogelijkheden te ontwikkelen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">een sluitende evaluatie met het inzicht van de deelnemers en de resultaten van de sessie.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/nl\/2022\/09\/26\/report-from-the-study-session-climbing-the-ladder-capaciting-youth-leaders-to-facilitate-youth-participation-in-the-decision-making-processes-at-a-local-level\/c2ce093d-8e2e-443e-8164-a3e3013c47f8\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5943\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5943\" src=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/c2ce093d-8e2e-443e-8164-a3e3013c47f8.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1066\" \/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De studiesessie \u201cClimbing the ladder \u2013 Capacitating youth leaders to facilitate youth participation in the decision-making process at the local level\u201d werd georganiseerd door het DYPALL-netwerk en de Vergadering van Europese Regio\u2019s (AER), in samenwerking met de afdeling Jeugdzaken van de Raad van Europa.
